weather ball effects

Was thinking about using this set on my TSS team:

Roserade*Choice Scarf
Weather Ball
Leaf Storm
Sleep Powder
Sludge Bomb

but I was wondering if Weather Ball becomes a special 100 rock attack. useful for countering bulky waters and possible salmence/steel switches (Choice Scarf sleep powder could surprise. . .works for Gar). But I'm not too sure if Weather Ball still stays special, even becomes Rock or what. anyone know for sure about this?
 
whoops! never mind. read an old discussion thread and found that it does! guy is now officially on my tss team. take THAT swampert and every bulky water! sleep powder, higher speed and sp. atk and he fits my team better than a ludicolo would. awesome
