Hail has always been the weird kid everyone bullied among the weathers. I mean, just look at Abomasnow, it's fat, ugly, and stupid looking, of course big strong jock Tyranitar, class clown Politoed, and pretty girl Ninetales are gonna eat it alive. That being said, Hail is most certainly a threatening weather should those 3 not be in the equation. Lets take a look and see what it does first hand.
