weatherless ou team

This is a team I used on the wi-fi battle finder on this site. I had mild success with it. Please share your thoughts on it and how I can improve it.

Yo, it would help if you liven up your RMT a bit to make users more attracted and willing to rate it, remember people will only put effort rating once you have put your due effort.

I suggest you find some sprites for each Pokemon from Google which is very easy (then click on this image
insertimage.gif
and put the link of the image into your RMT)and then adding a few more lines to each Pokemon description.

In addition to that if you do not know what Pokemon or teams threaten your team, no need to put a threat list as the raters will help you identify these if you arent sure.

Anyways judging from your team, you seem to lack any answer to almost any offensive teams, since offensive SS carry a combo of Landlos/Scizor and Rotom making it hard for you to switch, not to mention that hazards will almost always be there, wearing your pokes pretty quickly.

I suggest going from:

Rotom-W
Latios
Gliscor
Gyarados
Conkeldur
Jirachi

to...

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Hidden Power Grass is more useful overall, as you can decimate opposing Rotom-W, Gastrodon and Quagsire. Hidden Power Fire doesn't ohko Ferrothorn who in turn can take you out with a well placed Power Whip so there isn't much positives it brings.

Landorus (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Gliscor doesn't really seem to fit on your type of team, due to the fact that it just invites Rotom or Landorus to come in and just switch out or OHKO you. Gliscor also has the same typing as Landorus making you have the same immunities and resistances but with a more offensive approach. You also can revenge kill +1 Haxorus and Dragonite stuck in Outrage due to the choice scarf.

There are various sets to use for this boy however I would suggest just using a Trick set for opposing stall teams.

Latios (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Trick
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Surf

Conkeldur

Can have the same EVs and set

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Beast. You have a secondary Dragon-type resist as well as entry hazard set uper dude.. Hidden power Ice takes out Dragons with a well placed prediction in addition to OHKOin Landorus and Gliscor. You also have a safe house against most sunny day teams that lack EQ Venusaur.

Scizor (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Atk / 108 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Roost

Since your team already has an offensive approach to it, this maximizes the pain you can inflict at your opponent, in addition to not being as weak to being set up on. Your team needed a decent revenge killer badly and Scizor+Conkeldur can do the job against most fragile opponents. Jirachi is a great Pokemon but lacks the ability to revenge kill as well as it is weak to ground-type moves which this team has enough of.

^Sometimes though, I can better to prevent hits, than to sit there taking them. Switching in to resisted hits, or switching a counter in on a set up turn, and forcing it out can be of as much use as attempting to sit there taking hits and try to widdle their HP away slowly.

Sub/Disable Gengar is going to cause you a lot of problems, btw. Jirachi needs twave and sometimes a secondary attack to beat it. But then, with twave over body slam, you can no longer hold Lando bro to coming in on revenge, and he gets free ins on you.

Balanced teams are good, but, you need to be able to play around top threats, and your walling combo leaves Lando-bro a field day, as it can KO/set up on both your walls.. You're left essentially having to switch in Rotom-W, predictably, and having to hold those sand boosted stone edges to the face..

With the suggested pokes you have an easier time countering Gengar and Landorus.

edit: I do have to say, I disagree with 3 pokemon being choice locked, even if two of them are trick abusers.
