Weathers are overrated (RMT OU)

I'm sorta new at this so I'm hoping I explain this well enough and it isn't too messy XD. I'm hoping to get some pointers in fixing this up and such.

Note: I am not a complete noob, I do have a good grasp on competitive play. I have done a good chunk of studying I just have issues when knowing when to switch and usually I get stuck with a fatal flaw to my teams.

Actual team:

Team and Explainations:

Reason:
I started my team with Lilligant for a pretty simple reason, I like what the little lady can dish out. I was looking into one of the recent Sun teams up on the forums and I liked the move set and reasoning behind the person's use of Lilligant. I actually kept Chlorophyll as my Lilligant's ability in case I do run into Sun teams, letting me to gain a nice speed bonus to help in the match-up.

Reason:
I chose Chandelure for my second pokemon for his abilities as a Spec Sweeper and his Flash Fire ability to cover Lilligant's weakness. I figured Chandelure would also help with fighting-type moves being more common this Gen. Not to mention that I have access to a decent move pool to handle different types of pokemon.

Reason:
After adding Chandelure to my team I knew I was going to need a Rapid Spinner. I figured I'd go with Forretress so I could have another bait into Chandelure's Flash Fire. Forretress also fills the role as my usual lead and even gives me a pokemon with access to Stealth Rocks and Spikes. He also helps in giving me something to switch in against most Dragons. Finally Sturdy does come in handy against leads that can tear through the mini-fort, giving me another turn to set-up if needed.

Reason:
I personally love Porygon 2 with Eviolite, hes a very bulky pokemon who packs trace. Porygon 2 gives me another defensive pokemon with access to Recover and Toxic, the former being good for staying alive and the latter helping against pokemon that stall or run moves like Dragon Dance. Besides what's not to love about a pokemon that can eat shots from the heavy hitters of Gen 5?

Reason:
I figured Dragonite would be a good fit for this team, he has good natural bulk and gives me another option for a lead. The original dragon gives me access to Dragon Claw which is good against other Dragons and is a STAB, Hurricane which gives me hyper powered STAB that has a 100% of hitting during weather effects (which are very common this Gen), along with Extremespeed for a very handy Priority move. To top it off Dragonite also has access to Roost which allows me to heal him back up to do more team wrecking. A Bulky Physical Attacker with access to a strong Special attack STAB and a recover move, what's not to like?

Reason:
I figured that Weavile would fit a nice nitch for my last pokemon, replacing my original choice Cloyster. Weavile gives me two types that benefit my team, Dark and Ice and give me access to a Sword Dancer with good defensive stats. It helps to have a pokemon I can switch Chandelure out for that can eat his weaknesses well along with another answer for Dragon, Psychic, Ghost, and Grass types.

Stats and such for the whole team:

Spr_5b_205.png

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Spikes

Role: Forretress is mainly used for his utility to setup and get rid of Entry Hazards. Forretress also fills the role of my Physical wall, and gives me access to Earthquake which is helpful against multiple threats this Gen.

(Lilligant) (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SAtk / 76 SDef / 180 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Healing Wish
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Role: I use Lilligant as a strong counter to common Ground and Water types. Chlorophyll benefits me against Sun teams, allowing me to outspeed a few of the Sun team's pokemon. She also has the nitch of Sleep Powder which helps against status building pokemon and in a way stallers along with Healing Wish which helps me give HP to a pokemon that works better in the current situations. Basicly Lilligant works well for a utility Pokemon with good Special Damage, a disable and a heal.

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 124 HP / 132 Atk / 252 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Hurricane
- Dragon Claw
- ExtremeSpeed
- Roost

Role: Dragonite gives me access to another Bulky pokemon that has access to Hurricane, a powerful STAB special attack that works better against Weather teams, Dragon Claw, a good damaging STAB Physical attack that helps me against Dragons, ExtremeSpeed, a good damaging Priority attack, and Roost a move like recover which are pretty rare when it comes to Dragon pokemon (I'm not exactly sure what else learns healing moves when it comes to Dragons, the ones I know do not use them.)

233.png

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Trait: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 40 SAtk / 216 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Recover
- Discharge

Role: Porygon 2 is my Special Wall of choice, hes very bulky and works as a cookie cutter wall in most cases. Trace can be very useful when Porygon is switched in on a pokemon with a good ability. It also helps that Porygon can use Ice Beam and Discharge, giving me two useful moves against things like Ground, Dragon, Flying, Water, and Grass that do decent damage normally. He also has the ability to recover keeping his HP high for defending and Toxic which is always a helpful status effect.

609_shandera_front_norm.png

Chandelure (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 16 HP / 252 SAtk / 240 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Role: Chandelure might be fragile but he earns his spot as my Special Sweeper. His Flash Fire ability helps me with my three pokemon with Fire weaknesses giving him a beastly flamethrower. With a already high SAtk I figured Choice Scarf would be a good item choice giving my Spec Sweeper a good speed bonus to abuse his naturally high SAtk. Chandelure also benefits from a decent movepool, giving me access to Fire, Fighting, Ghost and Grass attacks on just one pokemon.

461.png

Weavile (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Ice Punch
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Night Slash

Role: Weavile works as my Phys Sweeper, she also gives me access to Dark attacks and a good pokemon to switch Chandelure out to. She also gives me access to good Ice and Dark STABs, another answer to Dragon, Grass, Ghost, and Psychic pokemon. I figured Weavile would be a better fit then a Cloyster I don't really have much more for Weavile as I just started to use her.

Doesn't that count under the reasons for why I added each one or do I have to do it for each move as well?

Edit: Roles added.

You need to include individual descriptions for the moves, EVs, item choices, etc. as well. I'm not going to lock your thread this time, but please get it fixed whenever possible.

Alright I'm still new and all, I took a lot of cookie cutters for EVs, Item choices I can add to some as well. Thank you for not locking and I will add that stuff tomorrow if not Friday because I have exams.

What is this I don't even

Okay, Hardy? You won't be scoring ANY KOes with that spread and nature.

Use a Choice Banded Adamant Dragonite with 4 HP, 252 Attack, and 252 Speed. Outrage/Extremespeed/Fire Punch/Dragon Claw.

Alternatively, go with:
name: Mixed Attacker (Classic)
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Superpower
move 4: ExtremeSpeed / Roost
item: Life Orb
ability: Inner Focus
nature: Rash / Mild
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpA / 4 Spe

"and give me access to a Sword Dancer with good defensive stats."

70/65/85 are NOT good defensive stats.

Also, I tried healing wish on a pokemon once and did not like the results. Since she already has support with Sleep Powder, why not let her use Quiver Dance for a potential sweep? The presence of a set up sweeper can make a team much more menacing

I'm still learning, my friend gave me my original set for Weav but I switched it once someone told me I was being stupid. I can try the Quiver Dance set sure and I will be editing this up tomorrow im about to crash myself.

Ok first of your team aint bad. Second turn your lilligant to a quiverdancer. Also
Get pursuit on wevile by breeding it , also a iceshard this utilize weavile as a good dragon hunter plus ghost also.

I'm currently trying to fix that by switching Weavile. So far I've been doing fine against SR, usually able to Rapid Spin it away. After I find a replacement for Weavile i will be editing this.
