OU Weavile

Weavile @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Triple Axel / Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard

Weavile is one of the scariest sweepers in the metagame thanks to its excellent Speed tier, Swords Dance, and great offensive typing. With Knock Off, Weavile can cripple its common checks like Tapu Fini and Clefable by removing their Leftovers. Triple Axel is Weavile's strongest Ice-type STAB move, but it is reliant on hitting all three times for maximum damage output. Icicle Crash trades power for reliability, as it only has only has to land one time and can avoid adverse contact effects like Rocky Helmet, Garchomp's Rough Skin, and Zapdos's Static. Ice Shard is useful priority for hitting the likes of Dragapult, Choice Scarf Landorus-T, and Rillaboom before it can use Grassy Glide. Due to Weavile's frailty, it's very beneficial to pair it with pivots such as Tapu Koko and Slowking that can get it in safely. Garchomp and Rillaboom can wear down the likes of Corviknight and Ferrothorn with a Swords Dance-boosted attack like Fire Fang or Superpower, respectively, in order to help Weavile clean late-game. Hazards from teammates like Heatran, Garchomp, and Ferrothorn are also useful for getting chip damage on Weavile's switch-ins.

Weavile is one of the scariest sweepers in the metagame thanks to its excellent Speed tier and phenomenal offensive typing. I wouldn't call its offensive typing "phenomenal" but it's definitely strong It can typically find openings to set up Swords Dance by forcing out Pokemon like Landorus-T, Galarian Slowking, and Garchomp. With Knock Off, Weavile can even cripple its common checks like Tapu Fini and Clefable by removing their Leftovers. Triple Axel is Weavile's strongest Ice STAB move, but is reliant on hitting all three times for maximum output. Icicle Crash trades power for reliability, as it can avoid adverse contact effects like Rocky Helmet, Garchomp's Rough Skin, and Zapdos's Static. Well it's more reliable because it only has one chance to miss. Try to rephrase this so you can mention that too. Ice Shard is useful priority for hitting the likes of Rillaboom and Choice Scarf Landorus-T before they would otherwise hit Weavile first. Rillaboom only outspeeds it in Terrain with a particular move so be sure to mention that or replace it. Regardless, add Dragapult to this. By running Heavy-Duty Boots, Weavile can avoid being worn down by Stealth Rock and has far more opportunities to switch in over the course of a game. I think you're pushing the character limit and this isn't really needed. Due to Weavile's fragility, it's very beneficial to pair it with pivots such as Tapu Koko and Slowbro Slowking who can get it in safely. It also appreciates special attacking breakers like Nidoking and Volcarona, which can help muscle through the likes of Tapu Fini, Toxapex, and Corviknight. I don't like the mentality that counters to a Pokemon's counters are automatically good teammates. I'd rather you add other Pokemon with similar defensive answers that can wear them down for Weavile or lures that can catch them out. I'm not sure if there are enough good ones to re-write this point but see below:

I'd add a sentence about hazard setters like Garchomp who can set up Stealth Rock and wear stuff down for Weavile with its SD set and potentially use Fire Fang to catch out stuff like Corviknight. Also maybe add Ferrothorn since it can set Spikes.
Lmk when you implement this.

It can typically find openings to set up Swords Dance by forcing out Pokemon like Landorus-T, Galarian Slowking, and Garchomp. Removing this since it's still above the character limit and this isn't especially needed. Knock Off, Weavile can cripple its common checks like Tapu Fini and Clefable by removing their Leftovers. Triple Axel is Weavile's strongest Ice STAB move, but is reliant on hitting all three times for maximum output. Hazards from teammates like Heatran, Garchomp, and Ferrothorn are also useful for getting chip damage on would-be switchins.
QC 1/1 when implemented.
