Weight gain help.

Ok so i am a 13 year old boy trying to gain weight,i am trying to get enough weight to join my schools wrestling team.But the main problem is that it is the month of Ramadan so i have to fast for the whole month and this caused my weight to drop from 103 pounds to 81 pounds. If you can help me that would be great!

uhhh this cant be healthy.


and the only way i can see to maintain weight during this would be too eat protein often when you can. i wouldnt be looking to put on weight now as that is probably impossible
 
Really, just consume more calories than you burn (and there plenty of online resources to help you with both of those numbers) and you WILL gain weight.
