With a Choice Band Urshifu-R becomes a devastating breaker for Water teams easily able to blow past threats like Ting-Lu and Mandibuzz without requiring setup. Close Combat shreds the likes of Archaludon, Kyurem, and Hisuian Samurott. Surging Strikes easily washes away foes such as Ceruledge and Gliscor along with 2HKOing Iron Hands and Clefable whom can often prove infurating for Water to handle. Ice Spinner nails Grass- and Dragon-types whom attempt to come in on Urshifu-R's STABs like Sinistcha and Dragonite. Alternatively U-turn can be used to keep up momentum. Finally Aqua Jet can clean up against faster threats like Flutter Mane and Volcarona. Jolly is the recommended nature thanks to outspeeding the likes of Terapagos and Kyurem while Adamant reliably OHKOs threats such as Ting-Lu and Archaludon and consistently 2HKOs Corviknight and Mandibuzz.

Urshifu-R greatly appreciates Swampert thanks to it being able to pivot Urshifu-R in safely with Flip Turn, providing Stealth Rock support to chip would be checks like Meowscarada and Dragapult, and using Knock Off to remove Skarmory's Rocky Helmet alongside checking Electric-types such as Raging Bolt and Sandy Shocks. Toxapex can assist Urshifu-R by taking on Fairy and Grass-types like Enamorus and Meowscarada on top of with providing Toxic to wear down bulkier targets like Araquanid and Primarina. Choice Scarf Greninja provides vital speed control enabling it to check fast Psychic- and Ghost-types such as the Lati twins and non-Choice Scarf Spectrier with Dark Pulse alongside using coverage such as Sludge Wave to deal with the Ogerpon formes and Enamorus. Swords Dance Hisuian Samurott provides Spikes support with Ceaseless Edge to wear down foes like Raging Bolt along with being able to check threats such as Dragapult with sucker Punch. Calm Mind Primarina can check annoying foes for Urshifu-R like Walking Wake while greatly appreciating Urshifu-R handling Steel-types such as Empoleon and Hisuian Goodra that Primarina cannot handle. Nasty Plot Rotom-W provides a nice ground immunity can help against Flying- and Water-types that threaten Urshifu-R such as Tornadus-T, Pelipper, and Primarina. - Add Kyurem as a CC Target
- I would also mention it being able to 2hko Iron hands with Surging Strikes which is huge since that mon is a pain in the ass to deal with for water teams.
- I would change the Ice Spinner sentence to like attempt to come in on Urshifu STAB since now it looks like they are swapping in on a predict type shit
- I would change Prim as a Stealth Rock chip, lefties + d kiss just negates it imo + at times it be running boots. Meowscarada or Greninja are nice targets tho. I would mention Pert Knocking off rocky helmet from Skarmory, which allows Shifu to punish / Handle Skarmory better.
- Remove teapot from toxic target since it runs Substitute. Or if anything can add non-Substitute infront of it
- Remove Pelipper entirely as a teammate if not pairing it with a swift swim abuser, i think that example is really too dependant on being adamant and D nite being non boots. I also just feel like during comp wise, its hard already fitting band shifu on rain builds and better off on rainless / balance water comps. Because at that point, i would use Barraskewda. Like yeah rain boost all water moves but are we running pelipper on every comp because of that?
- I would mention the Plot rotom set instead; how it just farms the flying, water mu while also providing a Ground immunity.
- Would redo Greninja's sentence. Mention Choice Scarf Greninja and how it provides speed control + taking out x, y, and z for Urshifu since rn this is a slow comp overall in the teammate options.
- Would mention how +2 Hamurott just farms Ghost / Psychic while removing flutter mane and the Latis with Sucker Punch which Urshifu appreciates. also teapot runs boots so ya it doesnt care about spikes.
- Would mention how Prim takes care of those targets after a Calm Mind. I dont like the trade off we doing with pult + if its on latias comp were just fucked as it wants this trade due to it being healing wish back.

- Mention Gallade as well for Surging Strikes target (just came to my head haha), in practice we seen how gallade can fuck up water balance water comps pretty effectively. (Honestly this is a suggestion tbh up to you to add.)
- Mention pert utilizing Knock Off to remove Skarmory's Rocky helmet, allowing urshifu to deal with it better. This is crucial as we want to keep urshifu r healthy in the steel mu. Even Flying mu as well, we still wanna knock it off so shifu can just spam surging strikes / cc whenever it can, keeping it more healthy for awhile
- too many mentions of primarina, put enamorus as a sludge wave target for greninja.

Surging Strikes easily washes away foes such as Ceruledge, Gliscor, and Gallade (Gallade is a little odd here as its typically a special stopgap kind of guy, can you use something like 2HKO on Corv (PDef), Gholdengo, Clefable possibly) along with 2HKOing Iron Hands which is otherwise a huge pain for Water to handle. Ice Spinner nails Grass- and Dragon-types whom attempt to come in on Urshifu-R's STABs like Amoonguss, Sinistcha, and Dragonite. (Mention uturn, possibly even Tpunch because Gyarados on Fly is looking kinda stinky these days) Finally Aqua Jet can clean up against faster threats like Flutter Mane and Volcarona. Jolly is the recommended nature thanks to outspeeding the likes of Terapagos and Kyurem while Adamant reliably OHKOs threats such as Ting-Lu and Archaludon (Also guarantees 2hkos on Mandi, Corv, Pech after SR [Bruh]) .

No TPunchy. Its kind of just for Gyar and I guess Pelipper (and if they got a pelipper, just clicking Surging because it does so much in rain). The only other target would just be Pex, but Water has Pert and possibly Oger-W while Poison has Moong/Clod/Runt/Weez.
Also I'm not mentioning Runt because I'm not bullying my children more than I have too, you can't make me.
