Well well, a offensive Team

Hello =)
I'm Darkon, a new user in this community... I play pokémon game simulators is about 4 years and post a team that I thought cool. Well, i'm brazilian and don't have a good english, sorry by this :pimp:

My Team at a Glance:

The team consists in all pokémons attacking (offense rs). Metagross, Infernape, Tyranitar and Salamence are good sweepers. Zapdos and Vaporeon helps with counters. Zapdos helps metagross, infernape and tyranitar with water pokemons and with earth attacks. Vaporeon helps with water pokemons too, and help too Salamence (ice attacks), Tyranitar (steel attacks).

metagross.png

@ Occa Berry
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Atk / 8 Def / 12 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Stealth Rock

Metagross lead without explosion, yeah. Occa berry to kill Heatran and infernape with earthquake. Metagross use stealth rock and helps in the late game.

infernape.png

@ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 32 Atk / 252 Spd / 224 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Close Combat
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Close combat STAB kills Blissey, Snorlax, Tyranitar, Heatran... Fire Blast STAB, Grass Knot to waters, HP Ice to Salamence.
Well, few weeks ago this infernape was used this moveset: close combat, earthquake, fire blast and hp electric. Earthquake kills tentacruel (toxic spikes kill my team =/), hp electric kill Gyarados (but today with Vaporeon gyarados don't is more a problem) and two stab moves.

tyranitar.png

@ Babiri Berry
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Fire Punch
- Stone Edge

DD, Crunch STAB, Fire Punch + Babiri Berry to kill Scizor, Stone Edge STAB.
After 2 Dragon Dance this is powerfull. But Hippowdon kill Tyrano easy, if i use Aqua Tail, i will use over Crunch / Stone Edge? Or i don't need Aqua tail? :o

zapdos.png

@ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Spd / 80 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Roost
- Thunderbolt

Thunderbolt + Heat Wave + HP Grass have a nice coverage, roost because zapdos have good stay power. Few time ago i have using Roar, but i never used this move and now i use hp grass to swampert / hippowdon.

salamence.png

@ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 40 Atk / 252 Spd / 216 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage

Mid game sweeper, standard i think.

vaporeon.png

@ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Protect
- Surf
- Wish

Helps my team. Helps Infernape (switch-in Gyarados), helps Salamence and Zapdos (switch-in ice attacks), helps tyranitar (switch-in water and steel attacks) and is the wish passer of the my offense team one time i have pokemons with good stay power and very resists.

Threat List with the TOP 25 Pokémons in Smogon Shoddy Server Statistics:

Scizor: Zapdos, Vaporeon. Infernape revenge kill this, Tyranitar fire punch + babiri berry helps to kill he too.
Salamence: This is a problem, but Salamence don't have a good switch-in on my pokémons. Metagross meteor mash + bullett punch kill he, Infernape HP Ice too, Tyranitar Stone Edge too. Well salamence is a problem for all teams ;p
Heatran: Vaporeon. Metagross kill he with occa berry + earthquake.
Gyarados: Vaporeon HP electric, Zapdos.
Infernape: Vaporeon. Metagross kill this with occa berry + earthquake.
Metagross: Vaporeon, Zapdos, Infernape and Salamence revenge kill this.
Tyranitar: Vaporeon. Yeah, Tyranitar is a problem for this team.
Swampert: Zapdos, Vaporeon.
Blissey: Metagross, Infernape, Tyranitar and Salamence can kill she easy, but thunder wave make problems in the team.
Latias: Metagross, Tyranitar. Hmm... Latias is other problem for this team.
Lucario: Zapdos, Salamence.
Gengar: Metagross, Tyranitar.
Jirachi: Vaporeon. Zapdos for the Scarf, Salamence and Metagross for the cminder.
Zapdos: Tyranitar revenge kills this, Salamence can revenge kill too and obvious my zapdos.
Celebi: Infernape, Metagross, Salamence, Tyranitar.
Starmie: Tyranitar, Zapdos, Vaporeon.
Azelf: Tyranitar, Metagross with occa berry kill this.
Breloom: Salamence, Zapdos.
Gliscor: Vaporeon. Infernape revenge kill this and Salamence too.
Vaporeon: Zapdos, Vaporeon.
Bronzong: Zapdos, Infernape, Salamence.
Skarmory: Zapdos, Infernape, Salamence, Vaporeon.
Kingdra: Vaporeon, Zapdos.
Flygon: Zapdos (not for outrage), Vaporeon. But well all my pokemons can kill he i think.
Magnezone: Tyranitar and all my pokemons can kill he too except Zapdos.

WOOOOOOAH this list needs patience.

Ah, problems i think this team have:

1) Tyranitar and Latias can use DD/ CM and kill 1/2 of the team =(
2) Toxic Spikes kill fast Infernape, Tyranitar and Vaporeon.
3) A question: the best infernape for this team is the standard: close combat, fire blast, grass knot, hp ice, or EARTHQUAKE over Grass knot to kill Tentacruel?

CHANGES WILL BE MADE IN BOLD>
Thanks and makes a good analisys.

* more one time, sorry by my bad english and fast comments in the pokemons xD

As you noted, you have an incredibly large Dragon Dance Tyranitar weakness, it can outspeed and KO all of your team. Therefore, I suggest changing your Salamence (who isn't doing too much for your team at the moment) to Machamp. It can take on Tyranitar with ease, as well as Lucario, and also adds some status with confusion from DynamicPunch.

---

Now, there aren't too many major changes (besides that), but I have a few ideas that could feasibly work well with this team.

You could try Jirachi over Vaporeon. It can still pass Wish and has the Ice and Steel resists, but it can counter Salamence and Flygon more easily, as well as crippling Latias and others with Body Slam. I'd recommend running U-turn as well, because with 32 Speed EVs on your Jirachi you can outpace Choice Specs Magnezone, and escape.

Now, in doing that, you'd have a DD Gyarados weakness, as they often carry Stone Edge that can OHKO your Zapdos. So, I propose you make your Zapdos more Defensive, with this set:

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power Grass

It can take a Gyarados Stone Edge and OHKO back, then Roost off the damage. It also provides a more solid switch-in to Scizor and the like. It also helps with your Swampert problem.

What do those EVs on Gross allow you to do exactly. I think you should just run the standar 252 HP/ 236 Atk/ 12 Def/ 8 Spd. As for 'nape I think you could try equake over grass knot since no one will see it coming and will send out 'Cruel without thinking twice. No one will send pert or any other bulky water to face infernape either so I would at least test EQuake out and see how it does.
Lastly having three poke take SE from ground is not good especially with only two poke immune to it (one if you add machamp). Subtran can take out four of your poke if it has sub up and hp grass. Zapdos can't do much to it so count it as five. Personally I would NOT add jirachi as it only adds to your EQuake weakness. Tyranitar isn't exactly doing much for this team so I would replace him with scizor.

Scizor@Choice Band
Adamant
252 HP/ 76 Atk/ 4 Spd/ 176 SDef
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn
-Super Power
-Pursuit

The EVs make him an auto counter to latias trapping it with pursuit. It handles all of the pokemon that ttar was meant to counter and provides scouting. You can now revenge kill DDmence who as you said is a problem. Aside from that just change zapdos' EVs to the ones that were mentioned by Katherine.

I have replaced Tyranitar with Scizor, and the team now works nice. Zapdos have now roar > hidden power grass too because the team don't have problems with swampert. Thanks Katherine and Mc. ;)

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Outrage

This is a big problem for your team, Bronzong is a nice initial switch into any Salamence.
