What are all the Pokemon you can’t catch in the wild that are in the Pokédex in Legends: Z-A?

I’m trying to complete my Pokédex, and I'm at 199 with Area 19 unlocked. I’m wondering what Pokemon I can’t catch? Like, can I not catch the trade evo Pokemon in the wild? So I’d like a list of Pokemon I cannot catch in the wild so I grind/trade for them instead.

The ones I know off the top of my head:
-Scizor, Araomtisse & Slurpuff can't be found in the wild. Have to trade for all 3
-Steelix you have one shot at catching in a post-game quest.
-You can't find Slowking in the wild either, but you can evolve the quest Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking and that'll fill out that part of the dex.

There's a post-game Wild Zone that let's you pick up the Kanto & Z-A starters (at high levels that you can just evolve them twice each) and has a bunch of possible alpha spawns including high-level stuff like Metagross or Tyranitar & the few trade evolutions not mentioned above (Machamp, Alakazam, Gengar), but you'll probably be just as fast just leveling up/evolving normally.

haven't beaten the game yet so can't speak for machamp and alakazam but you get two opportunities to catch a gengar before the postgame

as part of main mission 20 (when corbeau sends you to clear out some ghost pokemon from an apartment as part of the tasks to pay off the rival's debt)
