Do you think he could make a decent lead in a WiFi team?

Only vulnerable to psychic/ghost.. I'm thinking EV's in attack and speed, adamant or jolly.. Super Luck for his trait along with a Focus Lens..

Me First is kind of a nifty attack, and could be pretty killer against other physical starters.. Psycho Cut and Night Slash for crit h4x.. and maybe something like Swords Dance, Thunder Wave, or Stone Edge for the fourth move..

I don't know, what do you guys think?
