If you're talking about below the Profile picture that's a title and you need to get badged to have one
If you're talking about the post thatn its a signature and you can write it on you profile
No above the badge, that text that says incorrigibly plural
You need a badge to do that, yeah.
How to get a badge
The easiest way is to contribute to a community, stuff like quality checking and writing analyses but it does take a long time so you'd have to enjoy contributing and doing this stuff and not just do it for the badge or else you'll inevitably lose motivation.
ime you mainly just have to annoy dave and ivy et al for long enough and they'll become confused and think you're making meaningful contributions
