What is your favorite gen?

What is your favorite gen and why?

My favorite gen is the 3rd because it is the most nostalgic for me. I start to play since gen1 but was in gen3 where I spend more time of my childhood.
And also I don't like the physical special split of moves of the 4th generation.

5 was the first I played. No other reason really.

Hoenn lets me use Slaking, Salamence, Wobbuffet and Medicham easily.
