This article will detail all the necessary of dealing with Munchlax on the RU ladder:

Step 1: Give yourself 30 seconds to laugh
2: Warn opponent to not use Munchlax
3. If opponent doesn't litsen, give several examples of better special walls
4. Link to this: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/munchlax/ru?level=50 if opponent continues to not litsen
5. Prove your theory, by destroying munchlax with ease
etc, etc
 
Only way I can see an article being about a single pokemon is to be about how one can use it to its best advantage in the tier it belongs to. Spending an entire article detailing why one mon is bad to use in one tier is not a good pitch, and is the reason why earlier articles about bad team choices have always been about a multitude of pokemon rather than single examples. Not approved.
 
It'd make for a better start, but as 2 of those are NU (one who dropped recently and is hardly used that much), and the other two having RU analyses which essentially urge the reader to consider other options first, the article wouldn't really bring anything new to the table.

And I assume you mean Dusknoir instead of Dusclops.
 
Yes I meant noir. Also, it about how to convince people to not use those Pokemon when you meet them on the ladder. Trust me it happens often.

Are these Pokemon uncommon but things that just mess you up on the off chance you encounter them?

Or are they just tanks?

They are just Pokemon that should never ever be used. Also, I'd like to just change it to Munchlax, Dusclops, and Sandslash, since no one uses Metang. Yes, I've seen Munchlax a few times. It's about how to convince someone to not use one, while your in the middle of a battle with them. I'm also planning on changing the title.

I'd really like to see a shift in attitude. Can't really speak for everyone, but I for one used to hold a grudge towards Smogon for encouraging elitist views, so stuff like "30 seconds to laugh" seems to be in bad taste imo. Both Dusknoir and Sandslash are currently in the RU tier thanks to their usage, so be wary of simply disowning them and instead detail why the current meta doesn't favor them and how to best break it to the opponent. You won't win over hearts by ridiculing the opponent's choices.
 
I understand. Your certainly right. I will take your route Bummer, and right it without mocking users of those certain Pokemon.
