SS OU What should I change for my current team?

Spectrier @ Leftovers
Ability: Grim Neigh
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Calm Mind/Nasty Plot
- Hex
- Dark Pulse/Mud Shot
I would probably be better off running scarf Spectrier or A-Marowak because my team sucks against Pheromosa and can easily be swept by it. CM and dark pulse means you outlast Blissey running sb. It's probably better to run Nasty Plot though. I have no need for shadow ball because I can spread a lot of status with weezing, volcarona, and heliolisk respectively.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 180 Def / 28 SpD
Impish Nature
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Stealth Rock
- Flip Turn/Scald/Earthquake
Swampert's bulk makes it take hits and retaliate with countercoat. It sounds pretty gimmicky but it catches opponents. It can set up rocks and flip turn out. You could move the attack evs to spdef or def if you want. It lacks reliable recovery and you could probably replace one of the members with wishport clefable. You could use scald to get burn or for eq a ground move.

Zapdos-Galar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Thunderous Kick
Scarf Zapdos-G can revenge kill weakened threats. You will most of the time be spamming CC but you can use thunderous kick to break through walls. It can switch into defog attempts and double it's attack. U-turn can be used for lati twins and for momentum because bb doesn't ko.

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 248 HP / 108 Def / 40 SpA / 112 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fiery Dance/Flamethrower/Fire Blast
- Quiver Dance
- Psychic
- Giga Drain/Bug Buzz/Roost
Volcarona can easily snowball teams with quiver dance and can spread burn with it's flame body to threatening mons such as urshifu or kartana. Roost is good for heatran when you are trapped because it is more reliable than giga drain. Giga drain though will be good against fini and other grass weak mons.

Weezing-Galar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 36 HP / 148 Def / 152 SpA / 172 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Toxic Spikes/Toxic
- Will-O-Wisp/Pain Split
- Strange Steam/Sludge Bomb
Weezing is used to spread status and remove hazards. It does suck against heatran though. I could use pain split since weezing lacks reliable recovery. It sits on chomp without iron head or stone edge.

Heliolisk @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Glare
- Grass Knot/Focus Blast
- Surf
Heliolisk is used to counter the many spammed water moves in rain. Glare is self explanatory and grass knot is used for heavy grass weak mons or you could use focus blast to hit ttar harder. Surf is used against fire types or pokemon that have a neutrality to grass and resist/are immune to electric.

I suggest running specs on your Spectrier, you got QD Volca and scarfed Zapdos so I blv those are enough speed-wise.
 
Run Disable over Hex so you can beat Mandibuzz. The coverage is irrelevant anyways, it's not like Hex hits anything super effectively that Dark Pulse doesn't, and common fighting types like Urshifu and Buzzwole are choiced or only have 1 move to hit you.
