I would switch Heracross to a Adamant Scarf set.

I would switch Azelf and Spiritomb, using a Suicide lead Azelf.

You could this set for Azelf:

Azelf @ Focus Sash (Levitate)
176 Atk/252 Spd/80 SAtk (Naive)
-Explosion
-Psychic
-Taunt/Flamethrower
-Stealth Rock

And, to remedy your Togekiss problem, and partially moltres too, run a Rotom.

Preferably TrickScarf to OHKO Moltres, and cripple/wall togekiss.

Rotom-w @ Choice Scarf (Levitate)
176 Hp/80 Spd/200 Satk/52 SDef (Timid)
-Trick
-Thunderbolt
-Hydro Pump
-Shadow Ball

This is fast, can hit hard, and cripples Bliss or Togekiss if need be.

This outspeeds and KOs Vire before it KOs you.

This also can lock a Machamp into substitute if its a lead.

I feel this would be a good solution to your problems.
 
Just a question- is there any reason to use Rotom-W over Rotom-C? Leaf storm cripples bulky waters. What does hydropump hit that is special?
