XY OU WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS!!!

Azelf @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rain Dance
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Explosion
Azelf is my setup, his only purpose is to setup rain dance and explode.if i get rain dance in without him taking damage he can slow down my opponent and increase my chances of victory. If i get setup and feel capable of pulling him out and feel safe that my next pokemon will survive a hit i will save him in case i need more setup late game.

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Aerial Ace
- Brick Break
Bullet Punch allows Scizor to check Xerneas and revenge kill weakened threats. Brick Break allows it to heavily damage Extreme Killer Arceus, as well as other Pokemon that are weak to Fighting-type attacks, such as Blissey, Mega Kangaskhan, and Rock Arceus. U-turn and Aerial Ace are for gaining momentum and disrupting switch-ins.

Politoed @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Hydro Pump is the hardest-hitting attack of this set. Ice Beam is used for coverage against Flying- and Grass-types. Scald is used as a compromise between power and accuracy. Surf gives Politoed a spread attack, but Politoed will need a partner who can take it. Hidden Power Fire is used for coverage against his grass weaknesses.

Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Giga Drain
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
Due to this set's more defensive nature, Scald is preferred over Hydro Pump for its perfect accuracy and chance to burn your opponent. That said, if you want more power, Hydro Pump is still an option, as the extra power is noticeable; for instance, Hydro Pump has a good chance to 2HKO Tyranitar in sand, something Scald fails to do. Giga Drain complements this set, acting as an inconsistent form of recovery. It also allows Ludicolo to threaten Rotom-W, along with other Water-types. With Ice Beam, Ludicolo is able to threaten the common Dragon-types in the metagame and potentially break through the bulky Grass-types that would otherwise stop it in its tracks.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 SpA
- Sludge Bomb
- Hydro Pump
- Acid Spray
- Dazzling Gleam
Hydro Pump is Tentacruel's main STAB move; its burn chance helps Tentacruel check and deter physical attackers. Acid spray lets Tentacruel check Calm Mind sweepers, such as Clefable and Suicune, by lowering their Special Defense so that they can be easily revenge killed or taken down by Tentacruel itself. Sludge Bomb can be used as a reliable secondary STAB move that lets Tentacruel check Azumarill and Clefable more easily, whilst Dazzling Gleam provides nice support and hits Gengar harder than Scald, which is useful for when it tries to spinblock Tentacruel.

Kabutops @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Rock Slide
- Waterfall
- Rapid Spin
Rapid Spin provides great team support by removing entry hazards from your side of the field. Stone Edge is a strong STAB move that has good coverage overall and hits Grass- and Flying- types very hard. It is also notable because it is not a contact move, so it will not cause Kabutops to take Rocky Helmet, Aftermath, or Iron Barbs damage from the likes of Garbodor and Ferroseed, both of which are common switch-ins to physical attackers. Aqua Jet is important to hit faster Pokemon and revenge kill Fire-types such as Typhlosion and Pyroar. Waterfall is a strong secondary STAB move that hits the bulky Ground-types that resist Stone Edge, such as Rhydon and Sandslash.

Thanks and all suggestions will help!!!

Hey there! Great team. Personally I would run thundurus over azelf. This is so as prankster enables it to set up priority rain dance. On top of this you get priority thunderwave. You can use a pseudo boltbeam set with volt switch and hp ice to finish off the moveset. You could run thunder as well. The ev spread should be 252 in attack and speed with 4 in hp and a timid nature. Another option would be Tornadus. You have access to priority rain dance and you can spam hurricane with really high chance of confusing your opponent. You also have regenerater so you can set up rain dance multiple times.

Hey friend nice team! Rain is a very cool play-style and you've got a pretty creative team going here. I've got a couple of suggestions to make your team flow easier.

Firstly, Azelf. Thunder wave doesnt really do much on azelf, and you are lacking a Stealth rock setter for this team, somthing that is necesary for every competitive team to handle threats such as Talon flame, Zard-X, M-Pinsir easier and get general chip damage on the opposing team, so I would definitely reccomend changing thunder wave to stealth rock on azelf. I would also recommend moving the 248 HP EV's on Azelf to Attack, as Azelfs bulk is nothing to be proud of and the extra attack helps to get a little extra mustard on those explosions.

Secondly, your mega-scizor is a bit of a mess, E-Killer arceus, GeoXern and M-Khangaskhan are all banned, so you don't need to worry about checking them n_n.
M-Scizor thrives on rain teams thanks to rain reducing its biggest weakness, fire, and your set isnt taking advantage of it, because of that i would suggest changing it to bulky SD M-Scizor. Heres the set:

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Atk / 44 Def / 168 SpD
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off / Superpower
- Roost
- Swords Dance

This set allows you to set up on nearly 75% of the meta, and is really easy to get going on rain, and synergises very well with the rest of the team. The Special defense EV's allow you to avoid the 2HKO from Modest M-Gardevoirs focus blast, and the defense evs are to avoid the 2HKO from jolly M-Lopunnys High Jump Kick, two threats your team immensely struggles with. It also provides you a consistent switch in to the Lati twins, M-Diancie, Specs Sylveon, M-Sceptile and many more, and fits your team very nicely.

Thirdly, Offensive Politoed, while not bad, is a waste of Politoeds potential. A bulky set is much better as it allows Toed more switch-in oppurunitys to set up rain, as well as spreading toxic and encoring set up opponents, and having longevity with rest. So I would recommend changing Toed to a defensive set, Heres the Set:

Politoed @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 164 SpD / 96 Spe
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Encore
- Rest

The speed EVS aloow you to outspeed adamant azumarill, as well as base 80 speed pokemon, the rest is put into bulk to increase longevity. Its a much more efficent set that makes full use of Toed's potential.

Finally, offensive Tentacruel is a bit of a waste, and tenta is a bit out of sorts on your team. Your team however, does struggle immensely with electric types, and is extremely slow outside of rain, so for that reason I would reccomend Replacing Tentacruel with Asuualt Vest Raikou. Heres the set:

Raikou @ Assault Vest
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power Ice
- Extrasensory

The speed Ev's allow you to Tie with fellow base 115's, max Special attack is used to hit very hard, and the rest is put in special bulk to fit with the assault vest. This set also acts as a pivot that you lose with the new scizor set, and hits very hard with no-miss thunders

Also, the RMT would be much easier to read if you put some pictures with your 'Mons, include an importable of your team, and show a team building process, as it makes the team much more appealing to look at and is easier to rate.

TL;DR of the changes:
Stealth rock over Thunder Wave on Azelf
Change Scizor to bulky SD set I have given you
Change Politoed to the defensive set I supplied
And Replace Tentacruel with Assault Vest Raikou.

Overall the team is really cool, good luck in the future with it :]
