I'm aware that Shoddy does not currently support Doubles battles. However, since there are other outlets that do (Nintendo Wifi, Netbattle, Pokemon-Online), so I was wondering if Smogon was planning on creating some Doubles forums? Currently, it's hard to find people who specifically enjoy doubles, because all doubles discussion pretty much as to go in the "other metas" boards.

The most popular place for double battles is currently the Video Game Championships (VCG). This forum is currently used to discuss the doubles metagame. In the future, this forum will be used for articles about double battles. There are some articles there already.
Those links are doubles boards...?
Let's not forget that there is no official supported doubles simulator.
