Which Beldum?

Hi, I'm new to the whole IV thing, but I've recently left two Beldum in the Day Care, let them get to level 15, and looked at their stats. Here's what I've got:

Beldum
Jolly Nature
Lvl 15
HP: 39
ATK: 25
DEF: 30
SpA: 17
SpD: 24
Spe: 15

Beldum
Adamant Nature
Lvl 15
HP: 40
ATK: 24
DEF: 29
SpA: 17
SpD: 25
Spe: 15

I was thinking of having the adamant natured Beldum be a Choice Banded Metagross, while I would have the Jolly Metagross be more of an Agiligross. After looking at their IVs, should I have the Jolly one be the CB Gross, and the Adamant one be the Agiligross? Or do they IVs mean nothing and I should just keep doing what I had planned to do?
