Substitute can generate easy setup opportunities in front of passive Pokemon like Klang and Corsola. Ice Beam is good to at least put pressure on some Grass-types, like Gourgeist-L and Dartrix. Toxic, on the other hand, can be used to cripple Pokemon like Shedinja and Shiinotic that can take Whiscash's STAB moves easily. Life Orb is used to give Whiscash as much power as possible, while a Jolly nature allows Whiscash to outrun Galarian Mr. Mime and Adamant Persian after one Dragon Dance. In addition, Oblivious allows it to dodge Intimidates from the likes of Torracat and Krokorok if they try to weaken Whiscash for their teammates. it also allows Whiscash to setup versus passive Taunt users Zen Headbutt is used to hit Gloom and Ivysaur, 2HKOing both of them after Stealth Rock. Substitute, on the other hand, can generate easy setup opportunities in front of Klang and Pyukumuku Pyuk outstalls you, while it can a tactic to waste Pyuk's PP, I think you can find a better example. An Adamant Nature and a Life Orb are used to give Whiscash as much power as possible. 29 HP IVs gives Whiscash a Life Orb number.

I'm not a fan of this, it is something you really can say for every Pokemon Whiscash despises Grass-types, as even ones that it hits Super Effectively, like Ivysaur and Gloom, can take a hit and OHKO it in return. Answers to these Grass-types, like Silvally-Ice, Galarian Mr. Mime, and Farfetch'd are good options in this regard, and the former two appreciate Whiscash taking advantage of Klang. Other powerful Wallbreakers, like Oranguru and Machoke, can help soften up the opposition and allow Whiscash to clean up late game. I'd like you to mention bulky Water as checks, especially Pyukumuku since it is Whiscash's hardest counter. I'd also like you to mention, Whiscash is so slow that even boosted, it gets outsped by common threats.
