why do all the chat room mods have such an uptight attitude, like when i do tiny things that could be the smallest inconvenience like "HOW did that hit" and they warn me for caps lock spam or when i send in 3 replays over the course of an hour and a half they say i send in too many and say the chat room is meant for improving your team and skills not for sending in pointless replays, and recently i typed someones messages in reverse like "hmm? into ?mmh" for 4 of his messages and i get a warning for spam, its so annoying because i feel that putting THREE caps in a message shouldnt be considered a felony

Room Rules can be found by typing /rules into the chat room used - it will give you a link to that rooms' rules.
Mods ultimately have discretion over what's considered spam, disruptive text, et cetera. If you have an issue with a punishment, posting on smogon isn't going to help your cause - you're best off appealing the punishment in the PMs of the staff member that punished you, or if you feel that a staff member of a room is abusing their power, you may contact a Room Owner of that room.
Separate to the above, but what positive contributions and additions are you actually offering to the room by typing messages in reverse?
