Last night I tried to make a UU team on the team editor and since Venusaur is like top dawg in UU I was gonna use it with the SD set. Problem is when I went to put his moves on power whip wasn't there? Is this a glitch or something?

Why Can't I put Power Whip on Venusaur

Since Power Whip is a move that Venusaur obtains from HG/SS, it's highly probable that certain servers haven't updated the movesets appropriately for these new games. When you're creating a team on the Team Builder tab, select Smogon University as the server, since it has all the new moves implemented. If you choose something like "Standard Metagame", HG/SS moves won't appear.
