name could be changed, but basically a revamped edition of the old one w/ new information about cool things going on in the tier and how it stacks up to other tiers, since the old one was written ages ago, and non-ou metagames didnt even exist back then, meaning there are plenty of cool new things that could be focused on
 
I'm cool with it, but... given you have the warstory stuff, it's up to you if you want to put this on as an extra for this issue Audiosurfer or next issue. Basically approved but up to you in regards to which issue you feel you have time for.
