As much as I like Ho-oh, I don't really see the point of glorifying one bird and critisizing the other, even though they both belong in the same tier and the aesthetics is 100% subjective. Gonna say no to this one, but I'll leave it open for others to disagree with me.
Edit: IRC log
22:44 <RODAN> it would be mostly a comedy piece
22:44 <RODAN> with jibaku giving legit competitive insight on it
22:45 <RODAN> also he said he could write 3 pages on why ho oh is better
22:46 <Bummer> but they both serve different purposes
22:46 <Bummer> one is a wall and the other is a fearsome wallbreaker/sweeper
22:46 <Bummer> so even as an entertainment article I don't see why those particular mons need to be targetted
22:46 <Bummer> in what's obvious a subjective matter
22:46 <RODAN> i know
22:46 <RODAN> thats the point
22:47 <RODAN> if you want
22:47 <RODAN> next issue i can do
22:47 <RODAN> why lugia is better than ho oh
22:47 <Bummer> and your point is not good enough imo
22:47 <RODAN> as a counterpoint article
22:47 <Bummer> Maybe
22:47 <Bummer> and this is a huge maybe
22:47 <Bummer> you could both argue against each other in the same article
22:48 <Bummer> one of you defending lugia and the other ho-oh
22:48 <RODAN> o
22:48 <RODAN> that would be cool
22:48 <Bummer> thus the reader can either pick side or be all neutral about it
22:48 <RODAN> are opinion pieces not allowed?
22:48 <Bummer> and no one can complain that it's a biased product
22:48 <Bummer> unless it's entertainment, no
22:48 <RODAN> the point is to be a biased article
22:48 <RODAN> lol
22:49 <Bummer> not gonna provide you with grammar correction, coding and art just because someone wants to express their personal thoughts
22:49 <Bummer> and you can be biased, if you choose to pick one side each of the argument
22:50 <Bummer> still not completely sure about it though
