Why is Doubles OU the best tier?

- Most ability to be successfully creative
- Not forced to use the best pokemon
- Soo many possibilities

Because GameFreak balances Pokemon to a doubles metagame (their own), and so, even when they mess up, there's a lot less work needed for us to tweak it to perfection.
