Why Is Nobody Using This Clefable Set?

This is seriously a beast set. Is there a way I can get this set featured on the actual smogon page?

Besides that we do not think that this question need a whole thread dedictated to it, this set is actually suggested in the Other Options paragraph of the analysis page. Our problem with this set is that Clefable is a Taunt bait and 60 base power non-STAB moves don't quite make the cut. It faces some competition with the faster and more powerful Sigilyph. Gallade being in the Top Ten does not help, either, as well as the other popular RU Fighting Pokemon.
  • 252+ Atk Gallade Close Combat vs. +1 252 HP / 4 Def Clefable: 360-426 (91.37 - 108.12%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
  • 252+ Atk Hitmonlee Close Combat vs. +1 252 HP / 4 Def Clefable: 350-414 (88.83 - 105.07%) -- 31.25% chance to OHKO
  • 252+ Atk Emboar Superpower vs. +1 252 HP / 4 Def Clefable: 356-422 (90.35 - 107.1%) -- 43.75% chance to OHKO
Note, that they do not hold item. A CB, a Life Orb, or simple entry hazards Clefable are known not to be weak to despise this one being weak to them can make an almost OHKO a OHKO. And it should have a lot of trouble healing it out of Drain Punches.
