Why is sinistcha so good?

I see it alot in reg E, so I was wondering what makes it good. It's typing isn't very good so why do people use it alot? Also I'm VERY new to competitive so ya'll will have to explain some things to me

To answer your question to the best of my extent though, the combination of Hospitality+Rage Powder can be very alluring on a support Pokemon, so that's most likely why its as popular as it is.
