My friend and tutor Fuzznip and I built this team together. We were having great success with it on Shoddy, so I took it to WiFi too. But, when I did, I had to make some drastic changes. It still works just as efficiently, but I'm afraid some holes are gonna pop up.
Team at a Glance
On shoddy, Swampert is a Starmie and Scizor and Heatran are replaced by Skarmory and Blissey. Latias and Salamence are also Choiced on Shoddy while they are sweepers here.

Swampert
@
Leftovers
Role: Lead
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Moves: Stealth Rock - Ice Beam - Earthquake - Roar
A great lead. Has never been OHKO'd before and has always gotten those rocks up no questions asked. Most of the time, it manages to survive against the opposing lead or they switch out. In these scenarios, Swampert makes an excellent counter to Salamence, if it doesn't have Draco Meteor, and even Tyranitar. Lastly, I added Roar in the last spot to phaze opponents and ruin baton pass teams. He's a great wall and I'm glad he's on the team.
Salamence
@
Life Orb
Role: Sweeper / Damager
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpA
Moves: Dragon Dance - Outrage - Earthquake - Fire Blast
Whenever I see an opportunity, I just throw him out there and all it takes is one Dragon Dance to wreak havoc upon the opposing team. What I mean by damager is that most of the time, he's just sweeping without any boosts. I know that Jolly is ruining Fire Blast's power, and it has actually affected the outcome of some of my games, but it's all I have right now. I'll be sure to breed a Naive one soon enough. Which makes me wonder if I should forget about Dragon Dance and make him a MixMence by replacing DD with Draco Meteor. But one thing I know for sure is that his typing and ability makes a great addition to the team. These two things make him more bulkier than he appears and give him the opportunity to get at least one Dragon Dance up. He needs some improvement for sure, and I see some more potential to him, but Sala's still an essential part of the team.
If you were wondering, on Shoddy, I use a Choice Band Salamence with Fire Fang and Dragon Claw instead of Fire Blast and Dragon Dance. Another thing different from shoddy is that I don't have spin support on this team and those rocks really start adding up from all the switching, especially on Salamence.
Scizor
@
Choice Band
Role: Revenge Killer / Damager
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 248 HP / 4 Spe
Moves: Bullet Punch - Superpower - U-Turn - Pursuit
The most used pokemon in the current metagame, and with damn good reason. Bullet Punch has swept teams with just Stealth Rocks up, U-Turn deals a buttload of damage and allows me to scout opponent switches, and Pursuit kills any ghosts or psychics that may be doing harm, and does a good amount to Blisseys that switch out. It's pretty self-explanatory, his great typing lets him come in on nearly any attack and start destroying the enemy with priority moves. If you haven't used a Scizor by now, I strongly recommend you do. He really is the glue of this team and his K/D ratio is about 3.
On shoddy, I use SkarmBliss instead of SciTran, but I wanted to be more offensive on WiFi and now I find myself constantly using Scizor to kill the opponents pokemon. He went from an option to an absolute must. If you have any better ideas, I'd really like to know what could possibly be better.
Heatran
@
Choice Scarf
Role: Revenge Killer / Damager
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 Atk
Moves: Fire Blast - Earth Power - Hidden Power Grass - Explosion
Heatran's a great revenge killer and has tons of resistances that help the whole team, such as resistances to Ice, Fire, Grass, Steel, and more. Once he comes in on one of these attacks, he does a hefty amount of damage to whoever switches in, or finishes whatever pokemon decided to stay in. Not only that, but he's also a great last resort pokemon with Explosion. It kills any Blissey switch-ins and demolishes most of the things that I find myself stuck at.
Like I said, on shoddy I run SkarmBliss instead of SciTran. Scizor is much more valuable than Heatran, but he still makes a great switch-in to many attacks. I really think of Heatran as the ignition because it usually takes down at least one pokemon with ease and a little prediction, and this gives me the advantage I need to start sweeping with the others. He's certainly replaceable, but that replacement better be damn strong and able to counter Scizor's checks.
Latias
@
Life Orb
Role: Sweeper
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Moves: Calm Mind - Dragon Pulse - Surf - Recover
Oh Latias. Let's make the most of it before it's sent to Ubers, where it really does belong. She's a much better sweeper than Salamence because she is able to set up more, better, and faster. Not to mention how she is naturally faster than Salamence. Not many things can counter Latias. The only things that come to mind are Blissey and Weavile(if it's revenge killing). Normally, 2 Calm Minds is enough to destroy teams, sometimes even 1, and sometimes none at all, but Recover is here to make sure I get at least two and heal up after Life Orb Damage.
Replacing Latias is nearly impossible. It's one of a kind, bulky, fast, strong, has 1-turn HP recovery move, a stat boosting move, Levitate, great coverage, great typing, and loads more. I'm probably going to tell you that everyone is irreplaceable, but if you think they are, by all means give me suggestions.
Lucario
@
Life Orb
Role: Sweeper
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 188 Spe / 32 HP / 36 Def
Moves: Agility - Close Combat - Crunch - Ice Punch
Well, to be honest with you, I've never even had to use Lucario yet. The EVs give you just enough speed to outspeed a Timid Latias with a Choice Scarf. Close Combat is incredibly strong, and when a ghost pops up, Crunch kills it. Ice Punch can kill Salamence even after Intimidate. Most things will fall to Close Combat. I have had great success with Lucario on Shoddy and he is technically what this team was built around. But he's a little too frail. Yet, I can't switch him with anything because nothing has the speed or resistances that Lucario does. If I do switch him out, the new pokemon has to be fast enough to kill a Timid Scarf Latias(or have some sort of stat boosting move that makes it fast enough), be Stealth Rock resistance(and hopefully Toxic Spike immune too), be bulkier or have the resistances of Lucario(give or take), and be strong enough to sweep the remains of a team. Lucario can do these things, but it's just too hard for him to set up, and once he does, Life Orb will probably take him out in a few turns because of the damage he took when he switched in.
Well, that's my team. I know that for a lot of them I said that they are irreplaceable, but that's just my opinion. I want your opinion. If you think Raticate would be better than Scizor, than please say so. Every person counts. Thanks for viewing my team, and I hope you give me a good rating!
