Will using the AR to check IV's and for quick egg hatch mess up my hex data

Will using those two specific codes mess up the hex data on my game so that nintendo will know that I cheated? Im in the smogon apprentice breeding program, and these codes were recomended to me, but I don't want to risk ruining my game for them
