Against common Fighting- and Dark-types like Paldean Tauros-F, Zoroark, and Bombirdier, Scream Tail can take advantage of them by leveraging its strong defensive typing to make for a great Wish passer that still carries utility with a fast Encore. Scream Tail also has advantages over other Wish passers like Florges; while it isn't as specially defensive, it can pass larger Wishes thanks to its higher HP, and its higher Defense means it isn't 2HKOed by Flamigo. Psychic Noise helps wear down walls like Gastrodon and Altaria, as it stops their means of recovery. However, Dazzling Gleam can be used to ensure Scream Tail isn't walled by Dark-types like Bombirdier and Scrafty. Encore allows Scream Tail to take advantage of walls and bulky setup sweepers alike such as Gastrodon and Grimmsnarl, granting teammates a free switch. Heavy-Duty Boots is preferred as to not be worn down by entry hazards because Scream Tail doesn't have reliable recovery, but Leftovers can be used with Protect to slowly regain HP over the course of a battle without being forced to use Wish as much. Tera Steel gifts Scream Tail many great resistances, helps it take attacks from Duraludon and Skuntank, and allows it to ignore Toxic from the latter. On the other hand, Tera Water allows Scream Tail to take on Delphox and Arcanine while still granting it a Steel resistance, letting it take on Heavy Slam Mudsdale and Bronzong. Unlike Tera Steel, it doesn't throw away Scream Tail's matchup against Fighting-types like Flamigo and Scrafty.

Scream Tail fits best on balance teams that aim to keep their walls and wallbreakers, such as Bronzong, Mudsdale, Staraptor, and Paldean Tauros-F healthy. Scream Tail's access to utility Wish and Encore allows these walls to be continuously useful and also helps bring in big threats safely and repeatedly. While Psychic Noise can help Scream Tail take care of walls, it then becomes taken advantage of by Dark-types like Scrafty and Zoroark, so Fighting-types like Emboar, Paldean Tauros-W, and Hariyama help to check these Pokemon, and they appreciate Scream Tail's Wish passing abilities in return. Pokemon like Skuntank and Duraludon appreciate Scream Tail's ability to beat their Fighting-type checks, such as Heracross and Paldean Tauros-W, and can take advantage of its Wish, making them great partners. In return, they handle pesky Fairy- and Psychic-types Scream Tail has trouble taking down by itself like Florges and Galarian Slowbro. Scream Tail is also walled by Steel-types like Bronzong and Duraludon; in order to threaten these Pokemon, partners that can put pressure on them like Arcanine, Salazzle, and Golurk are required. Scream Tail is preferably used as a secondary wall, as it can't take too many attacks itself well. So, a physical wall like Bellibolt or Gligar or a special wall like Wo-Chien or Bronzong helps to alleviate pressure from Scream Tail to take hits. Scream Tail's passivity can also be used against it, so pivots like Flamigo, Coalossal, and Skuntank that can match up well against its checks, such as Duraludon, Salazzle, and Decidueye, and regain momentum are great teammates.

With the plethora of Fighting-types in the tier like Hariyama and Heracross, Flamigo and Paldean Tauros-F (just like this examples better) Scream Tail can leverage its strong defensive typing to make for a great Wish passer that's able to take advantage of all of these Pokemon. (I feel like if you are going to say "all of these Pokemon" I think you would like provide some more examples than just fighting types. Some good examples could be something like Zoro or Bombirdier. I also think you want to mention how valuable its Speed stat is combined with encore, which allows it to function as a Utility mon too.) Psychic Noise is preferred as it helps wear down walls like Gastrodon and Altaria, as it stops their means of recovery. However, Dazzling Gleam can be used to ensure Scream Tail isn't walled by Dark-types like Bombirdier and Skuntank (Skunks Neutral and blasts you w Gunk, mention another example here pls.). Encore allows Scream Tail to take advantage of walls and bulky setup sweepers alike (such as?), granting it a free switch. Heavy-Duty Boots is preferred as to not be worn down by entry hazards because Scream Tail doesn't have automatic recovery, but Leftovers can be used with Protect to slowly regain HP over the course of a battle. (mention how this allows Scream Tail to be less reliant on wish.) Tera Steel gifts Scream Tail many great resistances, helping it take attacks from Duraludon and Toxtricity (+1 252+ SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Overdrive vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Scream Tail: 226-267 (52 - 61.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. 0 SpA Scream Tail Psychic Noise vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Punk Rock Toxtricity: 76-91 (26.1 - 31.2%) -- guaranteed 4HKO. I would like a better example here. Maybe Staraptor, Skunk, or something.). On the other hand, Tera Water better handles Fighting-types like Flamigo and Scrafty, not throwing away its matchup versus them. (This is not what water does at all lol, it helps Scream Tail better handle Fire-type attacks from Delphox while still keeping the steel resist for Dura / Heavy Slam Muds, so these would be better mentions.)

(No mention on what types of teams Scream Tail fits on?)
Teammates like Alolan Sandslash and Mudsdale greatly appreciate the healing Scream Tail's Wish provides. (I dislike these examples as Scream Tail primarly benefits attackers, not defensive Pokemon. Im OK with mentioning stuff like Muds / Gligar who lack reliable recovery, but mentions of Bulls / Decid / literally any offensive threat should be here too.) Pokemon like Skuntank and Duraludon appreciate Scream Tail's ability to check Fighting-types and can take advantage of its Wish, making them great partners. (But what does Scream Tail do back for them?) While Psychic Noise can help Scream Tail take care of walls, it then becomes taken advantage of Dark-types like Scrafty and Zoroark, so Pokemon Fighting-types like Emboar, Paldean Tauros-F, and Hariyama help to check these Pokemon and also appreciate Scream Tail's Wish-passing abilities. Scream Tail is also wallee walled by Steel-types like Bronzong and Duraludon; in order to threaten these Pokemon, partners that can put pressure on them like Arcanine, Salazzle, and Golurk are required. Scream Tail also tends to be overwhelmed at times by physical attackers, so it's recommended to be paired with a second physical wall like Gligar or Bellibolt. (Not really, ill explain more in the next section.) Scream Tail can't handle special attackers too well either, making Wo-Chien and Gastrodon strong picks for teammates. (I would just combine these two together and say that Scream Tail is mostly a secondary wall really likes to have another primary wall like Gligar and Belli on the Psysical Side and Bronzong and Florges on the Special side as while its bulky it cant really check alot just on its own.) Scream Tail's passivity can also be used against it, so Choice Scarf pivots like Zoroark and Flamigo that can matchup well into its checks such as Skuntank and Alolan Sandslash and regain momentum are great teammates. (This isn't exclusive to Scarf though, so i would just mention pivots in general to Skunk, A-Slash, Galarbro, etc.)

I would mention some teammates that can take advantage of this like Setup sweepers) a free switch. (I would also mention how the lack of fighting-type weakness is a big thing over steel.)

Scream Tail fits best in balance teams that aim to get out their keep their wallbreakers (Rc) like Golurk, Staraptor, or Paldran Tauros-F healthy, as with Scream Tail's access to utility Wish and Encore, it can bring in these big threats in safely and repeatedly. While Psychic Noise can help Scream Tail take care of walls, it then becomes taken advantage of Dark-types like Scrafty and Zoroark, so Fighting-types like Emboar, Paldean Tauros-W, and Hariyama help to check these Pokemon and also appreciate Scream Tail's Wish passing abilities. Pokemon like Skuntank and Duraludon appreciate Scream Tail's ability to check their Fighting-types checks (like?) and can take advantage of its Wish, making them great partners. However, Dazzling Gleam can be used to ensure Scream Tail isn't walled by Dark-types like Bombirdier and Wo-Chien (i think one of skuntank or scrafty is a better example here, wo-chien doesn't take quite enough to stop it from healing with leech seed or clicking some other annoying button.). Encore allows Scream Tail to take advantage of walls and bulky setup sweepers alike such as Gastrodon and Grimmsnarl, granting teammates a free switch. Heavy-Duty Boots is preferred as to not be worn down by entry hazards because Scream Tail doesn't have automatic recovery, but Leftovers can be used with Protect to slowly regain HP over the course of a battle, not forcing Scream Tail to use Wish as much. Tera Steel gifts Scream Tail many great resistances, helping it take attacks from Duraludon and Skuntank (also blocks toxic.). On the other hand, Tera Water allows Scream Tail to take on Delphox and Arcanine while still granting it a Steel resistance, letting it take on Heavy Slam Mudsdale and Bronzong. And, it doesn't throw away Scream Tail's matchup against Fighting-types like Tera Steel does against Flamigo and Scrafty.

reword the first few sentences so that you have a chance to directly compare scream tail to florges. you mention some of scream tail's advantages already, like its higher speed and access to encore, but you should also talk about things like stail's higher hp letting it pass bigger wishes than florges and its better physical bulk being useful against stuff like flamigo:

252 Atk Flamigo Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Florges: 174-205 (48.3 - 56.9%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Flamigo Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Scream Tail: 181-214 (41.7 - 49.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Scream Tail fits best in balance teams that aim to keep their wallbreakers, like Golurk, Staraptor, or Paldean Tauros-F healthy, as with Scream Tail's access to utility Wish and Encore, it can bring in these big threats safely and repeatedly. (nitpick, but balance appreciates wish passers for helping out walls that lack recovery more than for keeping wallbreakers around. the latter is still true, but that's not the main reason you'd use wish stail.) While Psychic Noise can help Scream Tail take care of walls, it then becomes taken advantage of Dark-types like Scrafty and Zoroark, so Fighting-types like Emboar, Paldean Tauros-W, and Hariyama help to check these Pokemon and also appreciate Scream Tail's Wish passing abilities. Pokemon like Skuntank and Duraludon appreciate Scream Tail's ability to check their Fighting-type checks, such as Heracross and Paldean Tauros-W, and can take advantage of its Wish, making them great partners. In return, they handle pesky Fairy- and Psychic-types Scream Tail has trouble taking down by itself like Florges and Galarian Slowbro. So a physical wall like Bellibolt and Gligar or a special one like Florges and Bronzong help to alleviate to pressure from Scream Tail to take hits. (florges is basically the same mon as stail, so running the two on the same team doesn't seem ideal.) Scream Tail's passivity can also be used against it, so pivots like Flamigo, Alolan Sandslash, and Skuntank that can matchup well into its checks such as Duraludon, Grafaiai (not really relevant anymore, mention something else.), and Decidueye and regain momentum are great teammates.
