With Garchomp being tested, what's the new Sp Atk stat Ice Beamers should shoot for?

Not sure if this should go somewhere else, if it should, close it.

I was wondering this while looking through the spinner Starmie set, and it said that it should shoot for a 269 Sp Atk stat to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Beam.

What should I now shoot for?
 
use the simple question, simple answer thread next time...

And although I don't have the exact numbers, I'd probably say enough to kill mence...or draggy, because draggy is typically more bulky.
 
Dragonite's magic number is higher than Chomp's, I think...

Either don't hit one or go for Salamence's.
 
you definitely have to run a lot less because of sr. though since they have roost you might want to aim for a min of 50% just so they can't roost a few times then dd and rinse and repeat.
