Absol-Mega (F) @ Absolite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 Atk / 32 SpA / 224 Spe
Naive Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Beam
- Superpower
Hah. Um, despite this team's start being Mega Absol because I was feeling bored one day and decided to make a mega 'Sol team, I feel like this is the most replaceable member of my team. I don't know, I was just a fan of using lower-tier mons in OU. I mean, this is standard Mega Absol, except instead of Fire Blast, I'm running Ice Beam because of the huge Ice weakness in the OU meta in Landorus, Garchomp, Salamence, and the lesser weaknesses in Thundurus, Altaria, and Mega 'Sir.
Mega Absol seems nice because it rests at a good speed tier, and hits pretty hard mixed. But, I'm not sure if my set is the best option. I want a different set, but please, look over my options before swapping it out for something better.

Magnezone @ Air Balloon
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Magnet Rise
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
Magnezone makes a fantastic partner for Mega 'Sol. I've noticed that the vast majority of Mega Absol's checks happen to be Ground types that Mega Absol can't handle with Ice Beam, such as Excadrill, and Magnezone makes a magnificent check to them. It might seem odd to use a Pokémon 4x weak to Ground as a check to these Ground/Steel types, but the Magnezone has both Air Balloon and Magnet Rise, which both throws off Excadrill hoping to pop it's Balloon and protects it from more than one Ground attack.

Dragonite (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
Dragonite fits in with this team well. Considering our team is still looking weak to ground, and of course, fighting, Dragonite, being bulky and powerful, can deal with these threats. Dragon Dance is extremely powerful after a Dragon Dance boost, but Outrage smashes anything that frustrates Dragonite such as Landorus. Hah, take that. Intimidates are for the weak.
Thanks to the DragMag core, as well as Mega Absol, I would say that we'd been hitting most of the metagame, so the vast majority of the rest are just me trying to find something else that compliments the team, so I apologize if my next analyses are not in-detail because I honestly can't explain them.

Talonflame (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp
I've never used Bulk Up Talonflame. That's it. Now, watch as I try to dig up fillers to put here!
Brave Bird hurts. Talonflame has Gale Wings. Bulk up makes it beefy. Roost continues making it beefy! Will-O-Wisp makes him even beefier. Careful 248/252 for a Stealth Rock number and also a whole bunch'a special bulk. Brave Bird gets walled by Skarmory. Brave Bird gets walled by Steel types. Brave Bird does not know what to do with his life. Brave Bird hit himself in confusion.

Breloom (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Bullet Seed
- Mach Punch
- Rock Tomb
Breloom! Breloom has spore. Focus Sash + Spore is the most predictable thing ever, but at least it works. Bullet Seed gets boosted by Technician. Mach Punch is for finishing things off because Breloom gets outsped by literally everything. Rock Tomb is for coverage and for not being outsped.

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Transform
Yyup. This team did it. It broke me. I'm dead. I had no idea what else to add, so why not become a cop-out and throw in the Pokémon that is every Pokémon? Now, before my thread gets locked for the three lines thing, let's look over the things we need instead of Ditto, shall we?
A spinner. A spinner. Or a Defogger. Defog works too because we don't have Stealth Rock. Seriously, I need help with this team.
