Not A Bug Wonder Guard can't be Entrained in gen 9

What is the bug?
Shedinja using the move entrainment (via mimic) cannot give any other pokemon the ability wonder guard.
I believe this is an error, as entrainment is only meant to fail when the target has wonder guard, not the user.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

I should be more specific; this happens in gen 9 doubles custom battle

I recall that when I tested this, I could Entrain Defiant onto another mon with Levitate, but I couldn't Entrain Wonder Guard onto another mon with Levitate.
