This is the administrative decisions thread for World Cup of 1v1 VIII. The purpose of this thread is to serve as a place to announce and record administrative decisions that are made by tournament hosts or forum moderators that pertain to World Cup of 1v1 VIII.

If there are any tiering changes, they will also be noted here.​
 
PSA: Chat Behaviour and Sportsmanship

Both players and spectators are expected to follow rules regarding chat behaviour and sportsmanship. There have already been instances of these rules not being followed. This announcement serves as both a reminder and a final warning that tournament hosts and forum moderators are and will be actively on the lookout for negative chat behaviour and unsportsmanlike conduct, and that such behaviour is grounds for being infracted.

Please be nice to others, whatever your opinions about them may be.
