Hello,

Far too long US West has been left as a sinking ship in 1v1 World Cup - a region filled with power yet has failed to reach its true potential, drowning in pools every single year.

Despite having superteam quality players - our talents are still not yet harnessed to their full potential. A new era has to begin, to break the cycle that otherwise keeps us away from semifinals.

A new generation of US West leadership… one led by me and Blanched.

@ the hosts/forum mods etc srsly consider us for the manager slot - we understand we don’t have seniority here but we’ve done well in team tours in the past + are quite active and positive teammates (and would-be captains!). we ourselves rarely go negative in team tours + have a great understanding of how to help facilitate a good team environment that remains diligent and motivated enough to win the chip

additionally and most importantly we’re both already keeping an eye out for users in our region that would be good and motivated teammates, some of which who we already know are excited to play for us already. we’re pretty confident we can field a strong and motivated roster to contend for the trophy!

good luck on the battlefield everyone else

Hello,

Far too long NEUK has been left as a sinking ship in 1v1 World Cup - a region filled with power yet has failed to reach its true potential, drowning in pools every single year.

While not particularly having superteam quality players - our talents are still not yet harnessed to their full potential. A new era has to begin, to break the cycle that otherwise keeps us away from semifinals.

A new generation of NEUK leadership… one led by me (en forme de holandés) and xdRudi.exe and Aliss.

so yeah we went out the same way we did last year
not too... happy about that...

let's do the usual, shall we?
1. bern
Tier: SV Bo7
Record: 1-3
Review: i think i solidified myself as a good player, not quite bo7, but near it, i don't intend to manage in the nearby future so i'll probably go for like 8k in pl9, on a serious note tho, i do think i'm better than i've ever been, i put up solid fights and that's what really meant to me tbh. i guess the council member diff is real.

2. Portrait or Ruin
Tier: SV Bo5
Record: 2-2
Review: i was right, you are incredible at this game, you put up real good fights, probably even better than i'd put on, and you poured it all on the battlefield, you were beyond my expectations and to me you were definitely the surprise player of the season, especially for such a complicated pool (fancy, dez, mctl, uwu)

3. Lugi Lugi
Tier: SV Bo5
Record: 1-3
Review: despite scheduling all of your matches for a single damn day, you still showed extreme potential and i will definitely have you for next year, make sure to practice because i have a lot of faith in you!

4. Enzonana.
Tier: SV Bo5
Record: 3-1
Review: well this is something to celebrate, a first for us, a positive record, and i feel like out of everyone here you were the one that deserved it most, your plays last year were magnificent, and you showed no signs of rust, only losing to felucia, who i remind you is part of the 1v1 council, you have a lot of potential that i hope to bring more of next year, you are truly an incredible player.

5. Tarre25
Tier: SS
Record: 2-2
Review: you did pretty good! pretty much what i expected, as i said before, you're by no means a bad player, and i hope to see you improve in the future, i hope we can remain in contact!

6. Crossaint
Tier: SM
Record: 1-1
Review: man, sm really is the tier for you, sucks that we had to sub you out but welp it is what it is, you still played really well and i have no doubts that if you kept going you would've been extremely good for our team.

7. Hairoll
Tier: SM
Record: 0-2
Review: man, sm really is not the tier for you, sucks that we had to sub you in but we really had no other choice, for the record you still played really well and with enough practice in SV i think you'll do well as a player.

8. Long Spirit
Tier: ORAS
Record: 1-3
Review: man you're still as good as ever, that record may say otherwise but you really did play well, i feel like you need a bit more of mainer experience and then you'll really unlock your true potential.

9. Fakee
Tier: BW
Record: 1-3
Review: MOMAAAAAAAAAAAAZOS

10. Tempo di anguria
Tier: N/A
Record: N/A
Review: thank you for managing, i really appreciate you taking care of stuff when i wasn't around and dealing with other miscellaneous things, you were great, hope we can manage again next year.

11. Turbo Drif ♥
Tier: Monopoke
Record: ??? (i think it was 2-1)
Review: you were pretty much there for monopoke but you're still a solid player and i hope we can be on the same team next year, i will see you then.

12. Kroevitz
Tier: N/A
Record: N/A
Review: a lot of undiscovered potential here, i'm sorry that there wasn't any room for you and i hope i can find some for you later, for now though, keep practicing and i'm sure you'll make a really good player.

thank you to the supporters JesusGP DivineMadness was great to be with y'all.
this is the toughest i've ever had it, with senior finals consisting of a giant project, tons of irl problems that i've talked to people i trust, trying to socialize more that ended in a giant failure, i've never been more burnt out in my life and yet i have to keep things going, not just for the people i love irl but for the people i love here, now that i'm officially an undergraduate i have to look out for college and my activity may take a huge decline because of this, which is not exactly what i want, but well, it is what it is i guess, and then there's the whole thing about finding a job, which i also am having in mind. overall my life has been a very negative rollercoaster and i haven't exactly had a time to relax yet, but i'm doing my best for everyone.
all of latam
glitched delemon Eeveekid10 bea AlyssaVGC for being so supportive

GGs India.

After facing a crazy amount of roadblocks, from a lack of managers, to irl nerfs, and a lot of bad luck, I am happy with how we fought despite it all. I had some of the most fun I've had playing a game in years with y'all, and I'm glad I joined the team. We didn't make it through in the end, but we didn't stop fighting. Most of all, we enjoyed ourselves a lot, and I think that's what matters the most here.

Kala chasmah Your growth from LT to PL to WC has been insane. Don't let your score get you down, because you were the best SV player on the squad despite it. You have a great ability to adapt to your opponent mid series, and I think you can pull out wins no matter what as long as you are given the right teams. I wish you the best of luck for your exam. See you next year homie.
Miyoko The prodigy himself. You were the slot I was most confident in, as I know your "show up and win" strategy would work perfect with my addiction to teambuilding. I think that as long as you are given good teams, you will have little to no trouble winning most matches. Go kill em in OU too, champ.
Liimpy Im going to drop the veneer of our fake beef for a second to state: Yes, Mumbai>Delhi. Despite the many times I've called your profession unviable, I know med school isn't a joke, so thank you for playing despite your exams. I think its true that your ability to win is inversely proportional to how much you care about the team, and you really did care about this team. Our banter was one of my favourite parts of this tour, and I hope to pick back up where we started next year. In hindsight, you should have been in SS jail but it is what it is. Either way, put the azithromycin in the bag lil bro.
Mcthelegit After i built for you in Masters i knew I wanted you to start in SV. Masters finals and a 3-1 score is a great run, and I know you will continue the momentum in champs. You have the ability to excellently execute teams and the courage to load the batshit sets I cook up, on top of being a very adaptive clicker. You're a trooper for fighting through your I think you will go far in this tier.
recti I genuinely believe you are one of the best clickers on the squad if you dont lose your mental after g1. In hindsight rfning twice was a bad idea but I can't knock you when you were not only willing, but enthusiastic about slotting into the tier we often call a jail. You should have been in SV, really, but I think with a bit more prep time you would have performed well in either tier. Good luck with your champs run homie.
Thanks for showing up to play SM, our old gen lineup would be a lot worse if we didn't have you to fill the slot.
NTG Cuz IDK You are the highest potential player on the roster by far. Going 3-1 in a hard ORAS pool loading program while being nerfed by exam prep is crazy I can tell you're going to farm JEE easily, best of luck dealing with NTA's bullshit. I look forward to manage alongside you next year when you have the IIT wifi buff.
Call me PK The washed old man of India. Your BW run was crazy good for how long it has been since you last played it, and you went hard in it despite a lot of bad luck. I would say enjoy your retirement but im dragging you out of the retirement home next year as well bhai. Enjoy the 6v6 grind till then.
Kanha Greninja Go greeninja Always remember, for the Greninja brothers, a signup is a winpost.
Piyu Thank you for agreeing to manage. I have 0 experience managing, so it was great to have someone who could argue policy when we needed it. Better yet, you gave us motivation and advice when we needed it the most. Crazy 10-0 record btw.
I became manager/builder after we lost every single other candidate to the horrible plague known as "final exams", and honestly it was rather fun. Managing in WC is kinda fake but I took it upon myself to prep as much as I could. To be honest, as the main CG builder, I was kinda disappointed in both the quantity and quality of teams I made. By my count, I made almost 50 teams in these 4 weeks, and I began to understand the value of quality over quantity only by the end. India has a LOT of good clickers, and I had big shoes to fill as a builder. Still, I feel like I tried my best in most areas of prep. I could definitely have done more, but balancing academics with a WC got really tough by the end (Why is this a winter tour?). I got a win in SM atleast kek.
The best part of WC for me by far was playing with my friends, and I had a LOT of fun doing it. I felt like I learned and improved a ton, even if I didn't start. To me, building is the best part of 1v1, and doing a lot of it was really enjoyable for me. I have a long way to go yet, but its both a long and a fun road to walk so I'm chill with it. The environment of Team India has been great, and I'm happy to see how it all turned out in the end. I hope to manage again next year, when I have a lot more experience under my belt. It was an honor, boys
