As of Gen IX S/V, there are 72 Legendaries & 23 Mythicals, and many among them have been grouped together - be it as duos, trios, or even the rare quintet - to highlight thematic similarities, some of them strengthened with later additions such as
Submission Rules:
1. You would be tasked with creating a Fakemon that's a new member of a legendary group, adding an explanation for why they exist and how they're related to the original group (both of these ARE required), while also making them balanced for the metagame.
2. Depending on their competitive ranking, introduce minor buffs or nerfs from the existing members to build cohesion, akin to how the Lake Guardians received Mythical Power, or the other members of the Creation Trio gained an Origin Forme. A lot of these will be dependent on the slate rules.
Treasure of Ruin Slate
Rules:
- Must have a name based on Chinese Characters
- Must be a primary Dark-type
- Must have a signature ability that ends with "of Ruin" that lowers a stat by 25%
- Must learn Ruination, Spite, Mean Look, Payback, and Dark Pulse
- Must have 570 BST
New Member Submission Example
Pokemon: Gong-Loong (Gong, as in the musical instrument/ Gōng, as in Duke + Loong, the name of a Chinese Dragon in Chinese)
Type: Dark/Poison
Stats: 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 100 / 80 (570 BST)
Abilities: Gong of Ruin* (Active Pokemon without this Ability have their Speed multiplied by 0.75.)
Moves:
Flavor (Required): "The trauma of peasants brought along by the ringing of this gong has clad itself in pollutants to become a Pokémon." "Even those who hear its distant cacophony will find their mental scars torn open, forced to relieve unpleasant experiences."
Competitive Overview (Optional): "Bulky pivot with a decent amount of power than can force out a number of Pokemon since it make things around it slower, while sporting nice utility like Parting Shot, Knock Off, Toxic, Taunt and Psychic Noise. With full investment, you can reasonably outspeed base 100s.
Adjustment Submission Template
Name: any member of the legendary group of the slate
Type: For mono-type Pokemon, you may add or change the current type to another type, not both. For dual-type Pokemon, one of their original types must remain. Please note that this may not be eligible if the slate mandates a certain type (i.e. in the slate example, your adjustments cannot change the Dark-type)
Abilities: If no member has a signature Ability, you are permitted to swap out one of their non-signature abilities or, if they only have one Ability, add either a non-signature ability or create a signature Ability. If their only ability is a signature one, provided the slate does not specify anything (i.e. in the slate example, your Ability must involve a stat multiplied by 0.75), you can either add an existing non-signature Ability within reason, OR you can rework the signature Ability. You cannot do both.
Stats: HP | Attack | Defense | Sp. Atk | Sp. Def | Speed (BST) [Each stat change must consist of a multiple of 10. Up to a 20 point change from the original BST is permitted as long as the slate rules do not specify a BST; the Pokemon is entitled to a BST buff if it is ranked below NatDex OU; it is otherwise entitled to a BST nerf if it is ranked above NatDex UUBL.]
Moves: Up to four or five* moves may be added and/or removed independently to/from each member, to a total of nine* moves. Moves listed as part of the rules of that slate are illegal to be removed. *This addition is only for any new signature move you may wish to introduce; If the group already has a signature move | variation, your move must be vastly different...within reason.
Name: Name of the move; try to use combinations of words never used before in Pokémon games
Power: [Base Power of the Move, should be a multiple of 5]
Type: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/types/Type.png (using these sprites are optional)
Category: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/categories/Category.png (Physical, Special or Status)
Base Power: try to balance this, PP, effect and accuracy; only multiples of 5 are allowed as values.
Accuracy: write -- if it ignores accuracy and evasion checks; must be multiple of 5
Power Points: specify just the max PP if you want; allowed values are 1, 8, 16, 24, 32, 48.
Effect: Can be a secondary effect or an inherent effect like Throat Chop. Also include how many targets the move will target if it can affect more than one Pokemon. *Note that unless the slate requires otherwise, any custom elements are allowed, so long as they are distinct from already existing moves introduced as of Legends: Z-A. Also, we will be sticking with GF's toolkit as closely as possible, so if you think it's codable but the coder(s) disagrees, then you'd better be prepared to code it yourself if it wins.
Priority: (Optional) The priority bracket of the move. Unless specified, it is assumed to have the standard priority of 0.
Flags: If your move is a physical move, it is assumed to have contact unless specified not to; otherwise specify if your move falls into one of these usage methods.

Name: Avoid using a name too similar-sounding of existing Abilities, unless the slate has any specific requirements listed,
Effect: Unless the slate has any specific requirements listed, any custom elements are allowed, as long as they are distinct from already existing abilities introduced as of Scarlet & Violet: variants are permitted (i.e. Overgrow | Blaze | Torrent | Swarm), clones are immediately veto-worthy (i.e. Protean | Libero). Permanent: Yes or No [Specify whether or not the ability can't be suppressed, Skill Swapped, or copied]
Ignorable: Yes or No [Specify whether or not the ability is ignored by Mold Breaker]

New member submissions:
This is a ranked pairs poll. The order of your preferences DOES matter. You may rank as many or as few options as you like, but we encourage you to rank as many options as possible as the more options you vote for, the more your own individual votes will count. Additionally, your own submission, which must be marked with (SV), cannot be your first nor only vote. A typical ballot may look like this:
Submission B [3/3 points]
Submission A (SV) [2/3 points]
Submission C [1/3 points]
Adjustment submissions:
Only vote for one adjustment you prefer by the submitter's username. If you do not prefer any, put in No Adjustment Needed.
