Note: The name of the team/nicknames are all Drake references. I chose worst behavior because it represents rage in a way, and we've got sort of a mono-red team here.

So I created this team with my friend kamikaze17
He wanted to see whether or not Crobat could prove to be a viable pokemon for certain teams, and in my opinion it has done just that.

"I was flyin' thru the six with my Cros"
Woesbat (Crobat) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SpD(alternative spread by Nido-Rus : I've got 252Hp/60Atk/140Def/56SpD Careful Nature)
Impish Nature
- Super Fang
- Tailwind
- Brave Bird
- Protect

So we opted for a bulky support Crobat. Inner Focus was chosen as the ability for the near guaranteed Tailwind if we chose to lead it.
With the max investment in HP Crobat can take a return from Kangaskhan, and still have 50%+ HP left after eating its Sitrus Berry. Crobat can also tank an Ice Beam from Kyurem-Black and keep moving with usually 30-40% HP after eating its Sitru Berry.
Super Fang Sets up for 2HKOs so it compliments some powerful mons quite well.
Brave bird was chosen simply because it's a strong STAB, and our Crobat lacks offense. With no investment it will usually 2HKO opposing flying weak threats.

Marvin (Excadrill) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drill Run
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Excadrill, while rather frail has good typing to work with Crobat. Totally ignoring its electric type weakness, and Crobat ignoring Excadrill's ground weakness in return.
The Double ground stab was chosen to assist with damage output on pokemon like Aegislash, as well as ignoring its possible wide guard.
Iron Head easily OHKOs the most dominant fairy types in the meta game, which definitely has proven useful.

10 Bands (Gyarados) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Atk / 116 Def / 48 Spe
Impish Nature
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Waterfall
- Protect

We thought we'd once again take advantage of typing, and throw Gyarados on the team. Gyarados is the only taunter of the team so it is definitely valuable in that respect. It also offers some speed control(and hax) with thunder wave, which definitely comes in handy when Crobat is no longer with us, or would struggle to come out. Gyarados also comes equipped with Intimidate which assists with forcing out switches, and gives it the ability to switch it much easier on physical attackers.
The spread is just a general physically bulky spread we made to outspeed standard subtran by 1 and get the waterfall on it.

This nickname is clever af but kami didn't get it...........
Degrassi (Ferrothorn) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Iron Barbs
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Atk / 84 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
- Protect

With the double Electric weakness Ferrothorn became an obvious choice for switching in in their place. Ferrothorn has proven to be a solid lead, and a very valuable pokemon late game. Ferrothorn also helps with Ice Types such as Kyurem-Black, by tanking hits and swinging in with Gyro ball for the kill. As well as being a big help against Rotom-Wash with power whip.

Rotom-Worst (Rotom-Wash) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 104 SpA / 120 SpD / 8 Spe
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect

Rotom-Wash helps ko/hurt a good portion out the meta, and with it not adding any extremely defining weaknesses to the team it felt like a good option for the team.
Hydro Pump ko's opposing Heatrans, Landorus-Ts, and Diancies, while will-o-wisp can be used to assist with the bulkier physical attackers such as Mega-Kangaskhan.

Started Off Local (Diancie-Mega) @ Diancite
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 208 Atk / 48 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Protect

Finally the beauty pageant Mega... Diancie.
Diancie puts out incredible damage with its signature STAB Diamond Storm, and gets physically bulkier from about half of the pokemon it hits, which is especially in doubles since the user will on average get +1 on their defense each turn this pokemon uses Diamond Storm.
Moonblast helps with the possible struggle against Kyurem-Black, and Earthpower assists with pokemon like Heatran(or aegislash if necessary).

Woesbat (Crobat) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SpD
Impish Nature
- Super Fang
- Tailwind
- Brave Bird
- Protect

Marvin (Excadrill) @ Choice Scarf

Rotom-Worst (Rotom-Wash) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate

EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 104 SpA / 120 SpD / 8 Spe

You might want Hasty on Diancie over Naive, the Diamond Storm spam should clean up the Defensive deficit.
Also since you have Intimidate Gyarados and Ferrothorn, it might be better to use TWave on Washtom over WoW since it conflicts with Gyarados' TWave, just a thought though may not be necessary. I'd say try it and see how u like it.
Other than that it seems pretty solid.

EDIT: Shinies are bad :[

There's one thing that I like about this team a lot, and it's the ability that it has to weaken physical attackers because of their dominance as megas
With intimidate, wow, and the diamond storm buff it definitely make them struggle

I'll definitely opt for that -def nature though, thanks for the recommendation :)

Okay so you managed to fix the Rotom-W spread before I could comment on it, noice. :]

Some stuff about my Crobat set: It's essentially the same as Kamikaze's (lives KyuB ice beam, rest in defense), but it also gets a guaranteed 2HKO on amoong including sitrus recovery while having less physical defense. My set was Quick Guard/Tailwind/Brave Bird/Taunt, amazing TR killer with taunt for the standard fake out Scrafty+setter combo. Using my set does depend on how TR weak the team is, though.
Pretty cool team, I might comment on the actual team in a bit. :p

On Crobat I recommend trying out a spread of 244 HP / 8 Atk / 20 Def / 140 SpD / 96 Spe Jolly Nature. Your current spread neglects to utilize Crobats amazing speed, and this spread rectifies that. It lets it outrun max speed 110's, notably Mega Metagross and Latios, so you can either Super Fang them or set up Tailwind before being taken out. The EV's invest into HP / Def / SpD allow you to always live an Adamant Kangaskhan's Return, and a Kyurem-B Ice Beam, and has an HP stat divisible by 4 for maximum Sitrus Recovery (relatively arbitrary, but nice nonetheless).

Also on Crobat you could also consider ditching Protect completely and run Quick Guard, which amongst other things, can spare you from surprise Bullet Punches, Fake Outs aimed at something other than Crobat, Brave Birds so Talonflame can't pick off a weakened Diancie, and a whole host of other priority moves.

And on a finishing note, you're a little weak to Shaymin-S, though I figure you just Tailwind in it's face and pick it off with a combination of Crobat and Diancie.

This team seemed really off when I first looked at it. Not the "questionable" mon choices like Excadrill and Crobat; in fact, those two members seem to be the most solid. However, Gyarados, Rotom-Wash, and Fellotholn really don't fit the team structure at all, and I think it hit me when I read this:

With the double Electric weakness Ferrothorn became an obvious choice for switching in in their place.

I don't think you're building correctly with Crobat in mind. You turned a hyper offensive core into a balanced team and I think it suffers for that. You should be thinking about how to cover each threat offensively instead of how to safely switch into them. I don't know how to change this without completely altering the team, but I can tell you that Specs Rotom-W would be a good start.

Throughout my battles it's most definitely functioned pretty well, especially tailwind up. The team is sort of meant to be a Bulky offense team with the exception of Excadrill.
The starting core(crobat+excadrill) was not extremely offensive because we wanted Crobat to fill a bulky support roll, and have the ability to set up 2HKOs fairly well.
I don't really think Crobat + Excadrill forces it to need to be a hyper offense team.
