Worst Final Starter Evolution?

Whats the worst final starter in your opinion? I'll start, I think Serperior(without it's Hidden Ability) is the worst starter. It is a speedy bulky Pokemon with high defense but low HP however it has the worst defensive typing to go along with it's stats and virtually no offensive pressure. DO NOT INCLUDE MEGAS AND HIDDEN ABILITIES
