Would you recommend the new Bomberman games?

Bomberman games have been known for their multiplayer kicks since the first few on the NES and the Super Nintendo. They've been great until we had the worst game of all-time, horrible abomination of mankind that makes you so mad you could spit, or say cowabunga, because it's a cowafucking piece of dogshit Bomberman Act Zero on 360, which didn't just disappoint fans, it, well...you know. (well, I don't have a 360, but meh)

The question is, will the two new Bomberman games, Bomberman Land for the Wii and Bomberman Land Touch 2 for the DS, save the series? These games just hit stores yesterday in the US, and were released in Japan last year. The DS version has Wi-fi, which is hot, but not so much for the Wii version. I'm looking for new games for my Wii and my DS, namely, so if you've been a longtime fan of Bomberman, do you think these games will be worth it?
 
Bomberman Land Touch 2, from what I've heard and seen is pretty awesome. I recently bought another DS game (Megaman ZX Advent) so I need to save up from work if I plan to buy it... But it's looking promising, and the more who buy it the better! That means more people to face on WiFi. :P

I'm picking it up soon, definitely. I'm not so sure about the Wii version, and I didn't really look into it too much.
