========
- Landorus is a powerful offensive Pokemon able to threaten massive damage to many common metagame fixtures with its Life Orb- and Sheer Force-boosted Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, and Sandsear Storm.
- Sludge Bomb allows Landorus to threaten super effective damage into Tera Fairy Miraidon, Ogerpon-H, Ogerpon-W, Grimmsnarl, and any other Pokemon that utilize Tera Fairy.
- Sandsear Storm provides Landorus with powerful, spread Ground-type damage for Miraidon, Zamazenta-C, and Incineroar. Taunt gives Landorus a great option into Pokemon that use dual screens, Wide Guard, or Trick Room, shutting down those options for Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Lunala.
- Life Orb and Sheer Force enable Landorus to pick up most of its KOs, most notably OHKOing Miraidon and Incineroar with Earth Power and 2HKOing Rillaboom with Sludge Bomb.
- The offensive investment allows Landorus to OHKO Urshifu-R with no defensive investment with Earth Power, while Landorus's defensive investment allows it to live a Choice Band Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R when Landorus is Terastallized, as well as living a Choice Specs Miraidon's Draco Meteor when Landorus is behind Light Screen.
- Tera Poison allows Landorus to remove its weaknesses to Water- and Ice-type attacks like Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Ice Spinner from Chien-Pao that typically give it a lot of trouble while increasing the power of Sludge Bomb, which most notably turns Sludge Bomb into an OHKO into Rillaboom following Wood Hammer recoil.

Teambuilding
=========
- Landorus's typing means that it is threatened by Calyrex-I and Kyogre, which can easily OHKO Landorus. Koraidon can also pose an issue to Landorus, as it can outspeed and OHKO Landorus with Flare Blitz.
- Chien-Pao is another major threat to Landorus, as it threatens to outspeed and OHKO Landorus with its Ice-type attacks. Amoonguss can also be a difficult foe, as Amoonguss always survives any attack Landorus uses and can use Spore to immobilize it.
- Grimmsnarl partners well with Landorus, giving it some much needed bulk and support with dual screens while slowing down opposing Pokemon such as Koraidon with Thunder Wave, which can allow Landorus to outspeed them and threaten massive damage. This especially supports matchups into Kyogre and Koraidon, as dual screens prevent OHKOs from Flare Blitz and any of Kyogre's moves after Landorus has Terastallized.
- Incineroar is also a very good partner, as Intimidate weakens the damage output of Calyrex-I and Koraidon, unless they are holding a Clear Amulet, which can be removed with Knock Off. Will-O-Wisp also cripples Calyrex-I's and Chien-Pao's damage output, regardless of what item Calyrex-I runs.
- Miraidon pairs naturally with Landorus, as it poses a threat to many of the top dangers to Landorus, such as Kyogre and Koraidon, with powerful Electric-, Fairy-, and Dragon-type attacks, while Landorus deals massive damage to some of Miraidon's biggest counterplay in Zamazenta-C and Rillaboom.
- Landorus also is a great partner to Calyrex-I, as Landorus is able to threaten the Fire-types that scare Calyrex-I, such as Incineroar and Chi-Yu, while Calyrex-I can use Glacial Lance to deal significant damage to Amoonguss and Koraidon.

- Landorus is a powerful offensive Pokemon, able to threaten massive damage to many common fixtures like Miraidon, Zamazenta-C, and Incineroar, among many others, with Life Orb and Sheer Force boosted attacks. Mention which attacks
- Sludge Bomb allows Landorus to threaten super effective damage into Tera Fairy Miraidon, the Ogerpon formes, and Grimmsnarl, and any other Pokemon that utilize Tera Fairy.
- Taunt gives Landorus a great option into Pokemon that use dual screens, Wide Guard, or Trick Room, shutting down those options for them. This notably weakens Pokemon like Grimmsnarl, Lunala, and Calyrex-I, the latter two Landorus normally does not have good matchups into. Mention Sandsear Storm first because it is more common and then mention when you would use Taunt instead
- Life Orb and Sheer Force have great synergy, as the combination enable Landorus to take advantage of the boosts from both Life Orb and Sheer Force, without taking the self-damage that Life Orb typically causes. This is just dex info, provide examples of what KOes Landorus achieves because of this combination
- The offensive investment allows Landorus to OHKO Urshifu-R with no defensive investment With what attack?, while Landorus's defensive investment allows it to normally live a Choice Band Surging Strikes when Landorus is terastalized, as well as to normally live a Choice Specs Miraidon's Draco Meteor when Landorus is behind Light Screen.
- Tera Poison allows for Landorus to remove its Water- and Ice-type weaknesses that typically give it a lot of trouble while also allowing for increased pressure with Sludge Bomb. Worth noting that Tera Poison lets Landorus resist Wood Hammer from Rillaboom and provide an example of the damage boost Sludge Bomb gets from Tera Poison

Teambuilding
=========
- Landorus's typing means that it is threatened by a number of top Pokemon in the format, such as the format’s top Water- and Ice-types, and Landorus lacks the movepool to threaten significant damage to bulkier threats such as Calyrex-I and Kyogre. This is just fluff, shorten this to get to the point faster Miraidon can also pose something of an issue for Landorus, as a Choice Specs Draco Meteor often threatens outright OHKOs. While this is true you should pick another example, Landorus is often used as an answer to Miraidon so mentioning it as a threat to Landorus isn't great
- Grimmsnarl partners well with Landorus, giving it some much needed bulk and support with dual screens, while also slowing down opposing Pokemon with Thunder Wave, which can allow Landorus to outspeed them and threaten massive damage. You should tie this back to Landorus's checks, this isn't particularly relevant for Calyrex-I but it is for Kyogre and presumably the other example you choose
- Incineroar is also a very good partner, as Intimidate allows you to weaken the damage output of Calyrex-I, unless it has a Clear Amulet, in which case it is threatened by the combination of Knock Off and Parting Shot. Make a separate bullet point for Incineroar, also mention Will-o-Wisp for dealing with Calyrex-I
- Miraidon pairs naturally with Landorus, as it poses a threat to many of the top dangers to Landorus with powerful Electric-, Fairy-, or Dragon-type attacks, while Landorus deals massive damage to some of Miraidon’s biggest counterplay in Zamazenta-C and Rillaboom. Landorus also is a great partner to Calyrex-I, as Landorus is able to threaten the Fire-types that scare Calyrex-I, such as Incineroar and Chi-Yu. Kyogre is a solid partner for Landorus, as Drizzle allows Landorus to fire off Sandsear Storm without any concern about missing. Zero usage

In particular, it poses an annoyance to Zamazenta-C, who may be forced into 50-50 situations where clicking Wide Guard to prevent Sandsear Storm leaves them weak to Earth Power.

Koraidon can also pose a threat to Landorus as well, as Flare Blitz threatens to OHKO Landorus before it can move. Split this bullet point into restricteds and non restricteds also include another non restricted check to Landorus since you only mention Chien-Pao
- Grimmsnarl partners well with Landorus, giving it some much needed bulk and support with dual screens, while also slowing down opposing Pokemon with Thunder Wave, which can allow Landorus to outspeed them and threaten massive damage. This especially supports matchups into Kyogre and Koraidon, as not only do dual screens prevent OHKOs from Flare Blitz and any of Kyogre's moves post-terastalization, Thunder Wave also allows Landorus to outspeed them and threaten significant damage. Remove the part about outspeeding after Thunder Wave since you already mention it and just talk about dual screens here
-
Incineroar is also a very good partner, as Intimidate allows you to weaken the damage output of Calyrex-I, unless it has a Clear Amulet, in which case it is threatened by the combination of Knock Off and Parting Shot. - Landorus is a powerful offensive Pokemon, able to threaten massive damage to many common fixtures with its Life Orb and Sheer Force boosted attacks Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, and Sandsear Storm.

- Sandsear Storm provides Landorus with a powerful, spread Ground-type damage to Miraidon, Zamazenta-C, and Incineroar. In particular, it poses an annoyance to Zamazenta-C, who may be forced into 50-50 situations where clicking Wide Guard to prevent Sandsear Storm leaves them weak to Earth Power (it's vulnerable to Earth Power anyways?).
(You never actually get a good matchup into CIR? Also, I think sandsear and taunt should be combined considering they are on the same slash)
- Life Orb and Sheer Force have great synergy, as the tandem of these two boosts enables enable Landorus to pick up most of its KOs, most notably OHKOing Miraidon and Incineroar (with what moves?) and 2HKOing Rillaboom. (same applies here)

Calyrex-I isn't necessarily "threatened" by either Knock Off or Parting Shot. Koraidon is also a big thing to Intimidate, so I think adding it in is good). Will-O-Wisp also cripples Calyrex-I's and Chien-Pao's damage output, regardless of what item it Calyrex-I runs.

- Sandsear Storm provides Landorus with powerful, spread Ground-type damage to Miraidon, Zamazenta-C, and Incineroar. Taunt gives Landorus a great option into Pokemon that use dual screens, Wide Guard, or Trick Room, shutting down those options for them. This notably weakens Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Lunala, the latter of which Landorus normally does not have a good matchup into (IMO, this could be deleted, and then you can move the first part of the sentence and merge it with the prior sentence, something like "shutting down those options for Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl and Lunala" and ending it there, since stating you have a good Lunala MU still feels p weird)
- Life Orb and Sheer Force enable Landorus to pick up most of its KOs, most notably OHKOing Miraidon and Incineroar with Earth Power and 2HKOing Rillaboom with Sludge Bomb.
- The offensive investment allows Landorus to OHKO Urshifu-R with no defensive investment with Earth Power, while Landorus's defensive investment allows it to live a Choice Band Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R when Landorus is terastalized, as well as to live a Choice Specs Miraidon's Draco Meteor when Landorus is behind Light Screen.

Teambuilding

- Common restricteds such as Calyrex-I, Koraidon, and Kyogre all threaten to OHKO Landorus with their STAB attacks. (what happened to the Koraidon part with its speed and flare blitz?)
- Chien-Pao is another major threat to Landorus, as it threatens to outspeed and OHKO Landorus with its Ice-type attacks. Amoonguss can also be a difficult opponent, as Amoonguss always survives any attack Landorus uses and can use Spore to immobilize it.

- Miraidon pairs naturally with Landorus, as it poses a threat to many of the top dangers to Landorus, most significantly Kyogre (A bit nitpicky, but Kyogre is far from being the most significant threat to Landorus. I'd prefer something like Chien-Pao or Koraidon to be mentioned here, or just change "most significantly" for something else), with powerful Electric-, Fairy-, or Dragon-type attacks, while Landorus deals massive damage to some of Miraidon’s biggest counterplay in Zamazenta-C and Rillaboom. Miraidon's Hadron Engine also prevents Amoonguss from using Spore to put Landorus to sleep (this one is my bad, landorus doesn't actually benefit from electric terrain bc it is a flying type).
- Landorus also is a great partner to Calyrex-I, as Landorus is able to threaten the Fire-types that scare Calyrex-I, such as Incineroar and Chi-Yu, while Calyrex-I can use Glacial Lance to deal significant damage to Amoonguss and Koraidon, or to force Terastalization (feels a bit like fluff).
