INTRO:
Hey guys, so I'm fairly new to the Smogon Forums, but I have a cool NU team that's been working real well, but I know can get better :] I can't take credit for the sets, but the team is 100% built by me.
Teambuilding process: Honestly, there wasn't much of a process, I just put it together and it worked. (Tho I just realized one of my mons had no EV's til just now :P it still did work xD) Whatever, so let's get the show on the road. Currently peaked at #64
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 4 SpDef, 252 Speed

So as you'll see, my team can be kinda slow, so the best way to counteract that is with a scarf. I love normal Rotom because of 2 great STABS, and of course being able to use trick on big defensive threats like Weezing, Rhydon, Crustle, and any other stally mon allows my heavy hitters to take care of teams. Might I add Rotom is also a nice spin blocker :]
Garbodor @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 252 HP, 160 Def, 96 Speed
Impish Nature
Drain Punch
Spikes
Gunk Shot
Clear Smog

This thing is great. In my mind, the premier offensive threat is Sawk, and this combined with Rotom and Mesprit, keeps Sawk and other fighting types from being any threat to the rest of my team members. Though it has a lack of recovery, getting an unsuspecting Drain Punch on a Pawniard is always a nice little pick up. Aftermath allows me to get damage on physical attackers as a last stand, Spikes allows my Rotom and Hariyama to punish switch ins, and Clear Smog is wonderful for set up control.
Mesprit @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Atk, 252 SpDef
Careful Nature
Knock Off
Stealth Rocks
U-Turn
Thunder Wave

So yeah Spdef Mesprit. I know Uxie is better, but more often than not, people don't suspect Mesprit of being defensive because it has better offensive stats. If you guys have solid reasons for me using Uxie instead lemme know :] So this 3rd genderless mon on my team is a great support mon. Eats up hits, sets up rocks, paralyzes stuff, gets me offensive momentum with U-Turn, and defensive momentum with Knock Off. TWave is incredibly handy on this team when my two physical sweepers are slow and bulky, so the threat of taking more damage than necessary is obliterated. I wanted Healing Wish support, but I like all of her other moves too much, so whadaya gonna do.
Bouffalant (M) Lum Berry
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 SpDef
Adamant Nature
Swords Dance
Pursuit
Earthquake
Head Charge

So I got this set from Lord Aim, but it benefits my team so well, I couldn't resist. This thing is just meant to take hits, and hit like a truck. I can usually bait things to Will-O and get to +2 or +4 depending when that mon came in, and wreak havoc thanks to the handy Lum Berry. Sucking up TSpikes before hand with Garbo is important if the other team also carries a wisper or TWaver. Pursuit means that other Rotoms die as well as Mismagius. EQ is for rocks, not that anyone would be dumb enough to switch in on +2 Afro Bull anyways :] Also, I have seen no real benefits from Sap Sipper aside from it allowing me safe switchins to Vivillon. Is it worth it over Reckless?
Cryogonal @ Life Orb

EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 4 SpDef, 252 Speed

Okay so this snowflake is such a badass. It really puts the hurt on anything thats super effective. Of course it gets rid of unwanted hazards for me, though they tend to not be an issue for me. It hits really hard, and I decided to go for HP Rock over Flash Cannon because it hits Fire and Ice types. Recover while not used often can be handy against stall to keep it in the game, as this thing hits deceptively hard, while having a nice natural base SpDef.
Hariyama (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 SpDef
Adamant Nature
Close Combat
Bullet Punch
Knock Off
Fake Out

This thing is just great. It checks, in my opinion, the other biggest offensive threat in the tier being Typhlosion. With AV and Thick Fat Specs Typhlosion can't even 3HKO from full health with Eruption, and with Fake Out, BP, Spikes, and SR, it usually doesn't have the chance to do so. Mesprit allows me not to worry about Extrasensory from it along with Cryo coming in on that and doing damage with HP Rock. It is susceptible to burn unlike its Guts brethren, so you have to be able to play around it, but overall, this guy is my team MVP, taking hits and dishing them back harder.
Overall the biggest threat to my team is definitely Weezing. The best way of dealing with it is tricking it, and whittling with Rotom and Cryo, or getting a free switch after Trick into Bouffalant and set up SD's in his face. Other than that, this team doesn't face too many problems, except for me choking from time to time, but this team has easily brought me up 300 points on the ladder with a very high win ratio.
So thanks guys for checking out my team, and if you have any suggestions on moves, mons, or EV spreads, feel free to comment below :] I'll probably try and take this baby to the NU LT so this may be a mistake, but my team isn't meant to pack too many surprises, just to do well even if my opponent knows what's up :]
