XY OU XY OU Monotype Dark

I have been doing lots of Monotype matches, and sometimes this team just falls short. I don't know what I should do to make it a bit more solid. Most of my matches end in a very close game, typically with me losing. Any kind of tips would be greatly appreciated.

Spiritomb (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Dark Pulse
- Pain Split
- Calm Mind

Spiritomb is my wall. Intended to be a counter to Infernape and other fighting types that give my team so much trouble. It works very well.. occasionally. I've gotten used to doing with it at all, because she seems to always go down first or second. I gave it shadow ball for a ghost move and dark pluse so I can actually use it against normal types. Calm Mind is the only thing that keeps this thing alive for me. And Pain Split for added durability. I was running a sleep talk set before, but it preformed worse for me. I dont know if I should replace it or if my set is not on par.

Bisharp (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Thunder Wave

Bisharp is my primary attacker. Knock Off and Sucker Punch are a great combo for his wonderful attack. Life orb keeps me powered without having to switch out because of choice items. Iron head for Fairy types, and thunder wave to slow down those faster fairies. Bisharp works very well and I'm happy with the way he is, but I feel like he could be better.

Hydreigon (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
- Heat Wave

Hydreigon is my special attacker. Draco meteor keeps most slower less defensive pokemon at bay, and dents even the toughest pokes. Flash Cannon for added Fairy defense and heat wave to take out grass and steel types, I chose it becuase I didnt want the inaccuracy of fire blast but wanted more power than flamethrower. Earth power is great for countering heatran on the switch. Hydreigon excels at taking down steel teams, until terakion comes in.

Tyranitar (F) @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Superpower

Tyranitar keeps me going when I'm running on empty. Earthquake and superpower give me plenty of coverage with stone edge, all taking a bite out of the opponent. Tyranitar is really the only reliable dark type stealth rocks user, so I put them on his set. sand stream and stealth rocks work great with Bisharp for physical mayhem.

Crawdaunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crabhammer
- Aqua Jet
- Protect
- Dragon Dance

Crawdaunt. My MegaCham counter. Protect stops the HJK and aqua jet finishes it off. Crabhammer is a glorious weapon, especially against the rain teams. Dragon Dance is there for when I have a chance to set up, usually after I twave with Bisharp. Crawdaunt is my primary fire counter, and works great, but has the same trouble as Spiritomb, too often I find myself having to do without it.

Greninja @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Greninja is the only speed poke here. Extrasensory takes down fighting types and with pretean helps it survive. Ice beam Is great for grass, flying, dragon and ground types. It always beats Garchomp. I took two grass moves for both ends of the spectrum. Grass Knot takes out the likes of Gyarados with 2hkos, and hp grass takes the lighter water types.

My team is good. But its not great. Every time I try to join a Tourny in showdown I barely get past the second battle, if I'm lucky. Poison, Fighting, Steel, Fairy and Fire teams almost always take me down. Infernape, Megacham/hera, Meloetta and some other pokes seem to perfectly unbalance my team. I know I need to change something, I'm just not sure what it is.
