XY OU Offense Team: Everything is Appreciated

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Outrage
- Iron Head

Iron Head may seem odd. But I get it because in the fairy infested metagame people often switch out their Pokemon in attempts to counter Outrage, but Iron Head often OHKOs the weak fairies and if not Extreme Speed is there.

Dragonite Multiscale allows him to usually get at least get one Dragon Dance off. I was thinking about changing the speed and hp EVs maybe because of the Dragon Dance boost. The other skills I think are rather self explanatory.

Starmie @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Psychic
- Rapid Spin

Starmie Rapid Spin is essential so Multiscale does not go to waste. Also the fast Starmie's Ice Beam eliminated many dragons through 4x (dragon,flying/ground) and Landorus (4x as well). Surf and Psychic are STAB, but maybe Dazzling Gleam could be better in certain scenarios.

Aegislash (F) @ Enigma Berry
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- Iron Head

I do not take King's Shield because I feel the move coverage is more important, plus he is usually killed by Shadow Ball or some fire SA. The steel type and large defense give him many resistances and allows him to set up many Swords Dances. Shadow Sneak then takes a lot of things out. Iron Head once again can be used to kill fairies.

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP
Bold Nature
- Transform

Ditto is simply the best Pokemon ever. I sometimes allow one of my Pokemon to stay there while a Mega-Evo or some super sweep get massive stat bonuses, then just send him in and take out the entire enemy team. I don't think there is much to change here.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Eruption
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Stealth Rock

New Edition, haven't tried him out too much. Before I had Volcorona but Stealth Rock, weak defense, and need for at least one Quiver Dance caused me to switch her out. Air Balloon is necessary for Ground weakness and Ice Hidden Power allows me to take people off guard. Stealth Rock helps out too if I need it. All other moves are self explanatory.

Venusaur-Mega (M) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis
- Sleep Powder

This is guy is really beefy. With the Think Fat, Giga Drain, and Synthesis he is able to stay alive for a while and hopefully get out a poison with Sludge Bomb. Sleep Powder also is rather handy in general to sleep others. Overall, strong Mega Evolution and one of my favorites.

Thank you for reading!

On Dragonite (Even though you like iron head) go with earthquake. It hits a lot of things hard that Outrage and E-speed don't and it allows you not to be walled by heatran which your team has a hard time against. Also put the 4 HP into 4 sp. def since then (if rocks are up) you will take 24% instead of 25%.

Starmie looks good. I especially like the sash.

On Aeglislash try the weakness policy,252 HP over speed, and a brave nature with NO speed IVs. This may seem weird but it lets you "usually" move last meaning you go into blade form after an attack hits you. Also over Sacred Sword/Iron Head put Kings Shield. That is an ESSENTIAL move on Aegislash and it wouldn't be the great pokemon it is without it.

Ditto is good.

On Heatran try this set instead.

Heatran @Leftys
252 hp / 248 sp. def / 8 spe
Nature: Calm
-Lava Plume
-Protect
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

This set is godly. With a fire/steel typing and great defenses Heatran is such a good wall/support. Lava Plume is a nice STAB and has a 30% burn chance. Protect allows you to scout what your opponent is going to do and allows you to get leftovers recovery. Stealth Rock is just hazards and lastly Roar lets you abuse Stealth Rock, Break baton-pass chains, and mess up your opponents strategy.

Venusaur looks alright although coming off of a base 120. sp. attack and being more of a wall you don't need "that" much special attack.

Switch the sash on Starmie with either a life orb or an expert belt. He's going to switch in to hazards to spin, so a sash is pretty useless.
