XY OU XY OU RMT - Alakasweep

Hello everyone,

I am a recently returned player and would like some assistance with the new team I'm developing. It is designed to be a hyper-offensive with specialised sweepers (open to balanced but would like hyper). So far, on pokebattle, I have had mixed success winning two thirds of my matches. Because my mega Alaka is in lead, a poor matchup or a decent anti lead can scrap my team.

The team is as follows:

Mega Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
  • Psychic
  • Shadow ball
  • Energy ball
  • Focus blast

Strong anti-lead in itself. Mega evolves on first turn, can outspend virtually every lead and has four different type moves for wide coverage. Conflicted between timid and modest natures.

Togekiss @ Life orb
Ability: Serene grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature

  • Air Slash
  • Tri attack
  • Psychic
  • Aura sphere
Air slash + serene grace gets the flinch post-lead and wide coverage is alright. Togekiss, I feel, struggles in the team due to its substandard defense and lacking move pool.

Metagross @ Choice band
Ability: Clear body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
  • Meteor mash
  • Earthquake
  • Explosion
  • Brick break
Metagross I feel is a staple sweeper. Choice band packs the extra punch, but Im often left with meta who is locked into using meteor mash when its not very effective. Explosion neeeeeeeeeeever really kills anything so I think that perhaps a tyranitar or gyra is more appropriate?

Starmie Focus sash
Ability: Natura cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
  • Psychic
  • Thunderbolt
  • Hydro pump
  • Rapid spin
Running rapid spin to remove stealth rocks mid game if necessary. HP, TB and Psy all for wide coverage once again. Speed a little substandard and OHKO'd by most tanks.

Blaziken @ Choice band
Ability: Speed boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
  • Blaze kick
  • Earthquake
  • Aerial Ace
  • Stone edge
Blaziken gets speed boosts off revenge kills and then with wide coverage can sweep 3/6 on occasion. Not sure whether swap him out for charizard though and run Mega Charizard X because I feel there is slightly better move pool.

Hydreigon Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
  • Dark pulse
  • Draco meteor
  • Earth power
  • Surf
Surf is a surprise move just for lawlz. Life orb gets the kills on draco meteor, but after one or two uses his spA has dropped preeeeeetty low. I feel he doesn't fit and that Garchomp would be a more viable alternative.

Any suggestions on move changes, alternative move sets would be fantastic. Im looking to create a rather niche hyper offensive team here.
