So guys, I decided to create this team a little different than I'm used to, the first difficulty was the removal of Dragon-type Pokémon, which in my humble opinion are the best in relation to Physical Sweeper. The other withdrawal Pokémon that make the function Cleric, the idea was to set up a more offensive team, and a greater attack power. Do not know if it was cool, the base of my staff was Gengar, Rotom-W and Conkeldurr, and I had some difficulties fitting and some pokes. First difficulty was, there was nobody holding it a Physical Sweeper, give input Skarmory. The biggest question was between latias zapdos and to defog the field, The Zapdos doing almost the same function as Rotom-w, I decided to get there. But the greatest difficulty is now against Charizard Y and some pokes fire, Mega Venausar and recently took a 6-0 Volcarona. I can not see a solution and so wanted your help.

Couple of tips. Since you are running defog, use rocks over spikes on skarm. Get rid of focus punch on gengar, it is a horrible option. Focus blast would be an ok option, but I would recommend will o wisp or pain split with subsable gar. I believe that gengar should be trick scarf however. This would allow it to beat volcarona if instantly switched in on it by crippling it with a scarf. Also, since you dont have a cleric, go with guts on conk.

Edit: also run a bulkier latias set if you are having charizard problems, it is the best check to it and the way you currently have your latias setup is counter intuitive. Either use a bulky latias or change it for latios without roost so that you can use a move that beats bisharp and ttar.

I'm about 99% sure that focus punch on Gengar is meant to be Focus Blast. Rotom-W is best Physically defensive and bold. Take off Iron Head on mawile for knock off or fire fang, or run Sub/Focus punch (this is so you aren't walled by fire/steels.) Take off Roost on Latias for psyshock and change it to a latios, your team is hugely weak to mega venusaur. And stealth rock>>>>>>spikes on skarm. This way you can brake multiscale on dragonite and flying/fire types are HUGELY common in OU.
