XY OU Volt-Turn team, first try.

Xatu @ Light Clay
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 138 Def / 122 SDef
Bold Nature (+Atk,-Def)
-U-Turn
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Roost

Xatu is a necessary bulk enhancer for this team with the use of light screen and reflect both enhanced with Light Clay. Magic Bounce gives this team a needed way to deal with entry hazards which are detrimental to this team. Roost along with the EV's for bulk give Xatu longevity, Roost can be switched with Psychic which will remove some longevity. U-Turn allows for a free switch after the use of reflect and light screen.

edit: Xatu could possibly be replaced with a Forretress @ Overcoat with Jolly nature and Rapid Spin, Reflect, Light Screen, and Volt Switch and similar defensive EV's but switch HP with Speed. This would fill the same role and allow for the removal of entry hazards that make it through.

Landorus-Therian-Forme_BW.gif

Landorus-T @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd,-SDef)
-Earthquake
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-U-Turn
-Stealth Rock

This is a pretty basic Therian Landorus, it has a fair bit of bulk and with max atk and spd EV's it is a fast hard hitting monster. Hidden power ice is needed for this team to deal with dragons. I chose stealth rock instead of stone edge to create a deterrent for the enemy to switch. With Leftovers it adds more bulk and longevity to this guy which allows him to hold out longer.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk,-SAtk)
-U-Turn
-Superpower
-Bullet Punch
-Pursuit

This is your pretty basic choice Scizor. it's a bulky hard hitting annoyance to most teams and with technician nearly all its moves get a boost that gives this Pokemon serious hitting power. Bullet Punch in particular is a high power priority move for Scizor that makes him a serious threat to nearly anyone. Pursuit along with stealth rock give this team more deterrents to switching.

479-w.gif

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 154 HP / 50 Def / 50 SDef / 154 SAtk / 100Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk,-Atk)
-Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt
-Will-o-wisp
-Hydro Pump

Rotom-w along with Scizor give this team a pretty good sweep of resistances, covering nearly all types in the game. Because it's an XY Rotom pain split wasn't an option so i went with
Thunderbolt to add another electric choice since Rotom is the only volt switch user on the team. will-o-wisp helps both put pressure on the other team as well as cut their offensive
capabilities. Leftovers along with its spread of EV's gives this Rotom something this team lacks, bulk; making him a good transition Pokemon as well as a fairly good wall.

Jirachi @ Life Orb
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd,-SDef)
-U-Turn
-Psychic
-Energy Ball
-Hidden Power (Fire)

Jirachi gives even more resistances to this team as well as several needed types for this team. Life orb gives this Jirachi some extra hitting power. Psychic, Energy Ball, and HP fire
give this Pokemon a good set to deal with several annoyances to this team namely fighting types, Ferrothorn, and Gastrodon.

620.gif

Mienshao @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd,-SAtk)
-Hi Jump Kick
-U-Turn
-Fake Out
-Stone Edge

Mienshao in this team fills the role of stalling setups and quickly dispatching threats. Life orb gives Mienshao good offensive power and with Regenerator the recoil from
life orb isn't an issue and Mienshao can stay in the battle much longer than many other Pokemon who could take it's place. Stone edge is a needed rock type attack that this team lacks and
high jump kick is a powerful STAB move and with life orb it becomes a serious threat.

This is my first attempt at creating a competitive team so any criticism would be greatly appreciated.

One nitpick:

Also your EV spread for Jirachi makes no sense. You are running a special set with attack EVs. You should either change the spread, or run a physical set instead.

If you do run a physical set, pack Iron Head, because it is a very powerful move that has 60% chance of flinch with Serene Grace. You can run it with Fire Punch or Zen Headbutt to replace those special moves, and Thunder Wave to get its amazing 70% chance paraflinch. You can also keep using U-Turn since it will be even more powerful.

As for the special set, I'm not sure if it's viable or not, but if you do want to use it, please change those attack IVs for Special Attack.
