First post on Smogon's RMT section. Yay. Lol.
Anyway, I need som input, opinions and CC from the people here if you don't mind.
Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant
Technician
176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Def
~ Swords Dance
~ Quick Attack
~ Metal Claw
~ Double Hit/ Brick Break
My main offensive Pokemon. No speed Required.
Basically a choice of brick break over Double Hit is a choice of versatility and power. Brick Break takes care of steels and rocks while double hit hits much harder and does neutral damage to most things except rock and steel. As for the strategy, it's really using that SD to pump up his attack and destroy weak things with Quick Attack while hitting slower, harder to get threats with STAB Metal Claw or Brick Break/Double Hit
Mamoswine @ Leftovers
Adamant
192 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Def
~ Ice Shard
~ Earthquake
~ Avalanche
~ Curse
Another Physical attacker, more of a tank really abuses Curse just like Scizor abuses SD. Most teams in the OU play froget this underrated threat. With Ice Shard and Curse, it becomes lethal and Avalanche becomes even more lethal. It has weaknesses yes, but with a curse or even two it hits weavile hard. Another physical attacker in support of scizor.
Gliscor @ Leftovers/Yache Berry
Impish
184 Hp / 252 Def / 72 Spe
~ Aerial Ace
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
~ Stealth Rock
This thing basically defeats Hera and Breloom and covers my fighting weaknesses that this team has. Also it outspeeds Jolly Tar with that moveset which annoys people. Yache Berry basically to kill Weavile easier and survive the Ice Beam from Boah. People say this isn't a counter to Breloom. Well it's all about timing, it's when I see a Mach Punch coming at me and switch to Gliscor or switch on the SD and kill it with Aerial Ace.
Starmie @ Leftovers
Timid
Natural Cure
160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe
~ Surf
~ Thunder Bolt
~ Recover
~ Rapid Spin 252 HP / 68 Def / 80 SpA / 108 SpD
Spinner and water absorber. Does well in switching in at things and spin away. BulkyStar <3 Takes hits well, Tentacruel even though bulkier in nature fails to do what this does with speed and how it can even scare away an already hurt Gengar and outrun Infernape, mainly the Thunder Punch bearing one.
Porygon 2 @ Leftovers
Bold
Trace
252 HP / 68 Def / 80 SpA / 108 SpD
~ Dsicharge
~ Ice Beam
~ Toxic
~ Recover
SO basically try surviving 2 STAB EQ from Jolly Chomp and laughing and both Mence and Gyarados. Porygon2 = one of the best tanks if not the best tank in the game IMHO. Bulk and power. Toxic to wear walls down and recover at their attempts to hit me back. eventually I'll get either blown up or win with the Porygon 2
Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful
Thick Fat
252 Hp / 252 SpD / 4 Atk
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Crunch
~ Body Slam
Status Absorber and special wall. Loves taking hits that are directed at Scizor and Gliscor and with sleep talk recovers off easily. Thick Fat laughs at things like Choice Heatran and especially choice Magmortars.
Rate Away.
