KANYES HOLY SUN TEAM

Vulpix with 8 new Tails
Ninetales @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Confuse Ray
- Solar Beam
- Fire Blast

because 10 tails seemed stupid at the time. Ninetails is my main sun setter, heat rock to get extra weather control from drought. 252 EV investement in HP to add a little bulk to sonics bestfriend. Another 252 in SpD for that hibernation bulk. Remaining 4 EVs were invested in spA in case I needed to throw out an attack on my opponent. Although Ninetails is designed to get in an out, his move set allows him to wear down his opponent. I like to first throw out the confuse ray for the chance of a free turn and then throwing out the will-o-wisp to further wear down opponents. Solar beam to take advantage of sun and counter waters, Fireblast for both the buff and STAB.

Supa Hawt Fire
Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- SolarBeam
- Roost

Mah hommie charchar got the choppers and woppers on deck, ready to spit fire. Seriously, mega charizard Y is UNFORGIVING under the sun. Seeing that this is a sun team, I saw no reason for his X mega, Y mega is great for throwing up a free drought if charizard wasn’t the follow up after ninetales. 252 EV in both special attack and speed, he’s a glass cannon designed to hit hard and fast. The remaining 4 EV were invested in hp, some extra health makes the difference when surviving 2 neutral hits compared to one. Fire Blast should be renamed massacre, because that's what it is. Solarbeam for the extra coverage against water and taking advatage of its shortened charging time. Focus blast for variety and to throw out some neutral damage. Finally, roost is to give charizard some longevity.

Kid Cudi's Hippie Lettuce
Venusaur @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leach Sead
- Sleep Powder

going back to honolulu just to get that, THAT MAUI WAUI, THAT MAUI WAUI. Ya if you’re running a Sun team without a chlorphyll venusaur, you’re doing it wrong (imo, one love). This ‘mon is another sun abuser who performs. Like charizard, 252 EVs are invested in both special attack and speed to hit hard fast. Venusaur is also great for his ability to set traps. With the speed increase, this mon can easily put opponents into comas and set up leach seads. Giga drainn does great damage and is preffered over solar beam for its efficiency outside of the sun. Sludge bomb for poison stab and great coverage on fairy types. Life orb Is there for the extra damage, and at times, it is not harmful thanks to leach sead.

That one white kid from a Blood Mother and Hoover Crip Father; Hood Mayo
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Air Slash
- Dazzling Gleam
- Roost
- Thunder Wave

I’ve had people get straight up SALTY because of this guy, full pinned rage quits with 3 healthy pokemon in their party. Togekiss does some great things and is fantastic as a lead to throw off opponents. Serene grace was a must because of air slash. Here is why. Toge throws out a thunder wave, then troll with air slash. I’ve seen this thing demolish Uber tiered ‘mon. With HigH Possibility of both flinch and paralysis, air slash is Scary.Pair that trolling combo with left over, toge is contanstanly recovering FOR FREE. 252 EV investment in both HP and specialdefense is what makes it scary. The bulk on toge allows it set up without fear. Dazzling gleam is to deal with opponents charizard can touch like flash fire chandeulure. Finally roost is there for Longevity.

Charizard Z
Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

Ya gamefreak really ruined the chance of giving dragonite a mega evolution. Dragonite is here for two reasons. 1, his high attack and 252 EV investment in that stat, allowing him to break through the physically defensive ‘mons my team can’t touch. 2, extreme speed allows him to sweep up the crumbs that venusaur and charchar left behind. He’s like, a sledge hammer with a vaccuum on its handle. Weakness policy and multiscale create for some REALLY great energy which allows for dragonoite to hit EVEN harder and sweep through teams that cant be opened or teams which are half crippled. Fire punch to take advantage of weather.

Probro
Slobro @ Expert Belt
Ability: Regeneration
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Fire Blast
- Calm mind
- Scald
- slack off

I needed bulky water coverage that could perform when the sun wasn't up. Slowpoke is my way if checking fire type 'mons before the weather is changed. Calm mind and slack off too set up and recover to further add tk the bulk. Scalds go from attacks to 2KOs and sometimes even KOs. Fire blast is to take advantage of weather when he's done with fire threats, putting him to good use. Its also a great way of luring in grass types.

While using this team, i thought of possible adjustments. First was to replace togekiss with a bulkier fairy type, clefable was a great candidate. Although i LOVE togekiss kn my team, its flying typing makes adds to the pokemon who are week against thunder ( slowbro, charizard, and dragonite). That, or i change up slowbro to something that can resist thunder and still kill fire mons.

Really looking forward TO ALL the feedback you have to offer

Thank you

Hey there. Great team. However, it lacks a spinner/ defogger. You could try latias and replace either togekiss. This way you have something that is resistant to electric, can defog, use healing wish and hit hard at the same time. Here's a set.

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish/ Roost

The other mon you could use is Latios as it has access to defog and can defeat heatran with earthquake, which the above set sails to do.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Earthquake
- Defog

The third mon is slightly strange but it can come on handy. Sand Rush Excadrill. Your biggest weakness is arguably opposing weather teams. Sand is becoming more common due to the rise of hippowdon. Basically, you use your opponents sand to hit hard and you also have access to a fast rapid spin. At the same time, you are immune to Thunder. Without sand, however, you are relatively slow but can still pick up some slower fire types such as heatran. Here's a set.

Excadrill @ Air Balloon/ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin

Now coming to slowbro, if you want to replace it, I would advise using a landorus-T as that way you do not lose your Talon check. It gives you access to stealth rock, another thing your team lacks. You can use U-turn to get safe switch ins for your mons. Also, it can hit fire types hard with a quakedge combo.

Hope I could help.

This entire RMT had me dying XD

Other than what Afro said I don't have much, maybe Aura Sphere > Bedazzle Razzle Dazzling Gleam, it allows you to hit steels and make them cry more as they cannot easily wall you, and you can paraflinch to victory like Satan Incarnate.

Switch Ebelt on Slowbro to Leftovers for more passive recovery so you don't need to rely as much on slack off to boost up. The loss of damage isn't really noticed since you have only 2 attacking moves and most people use Ebelt to bluff a choice item on offensive pokes.

Solid team, gl
