Hi smogon this is Dwayne bringing you my second RMT.
I can't recall when I built this team but it was about a week or two ago. My team building style is basically a series of trial and error tests.I decide what poke I want to base my team around, add pokes to support it while attempting to check the various threats that this meta game has to offer. Then I ladder till I lose to something, open my team builder and try to fix that weakness. This cycle continues till I feel that I have everything covered and then I post the team. So please don’t expect a team building strategy.
So here we go:
Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVs: 92 Atk / 252 SAtk / 164 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
• U-turn
• Ice Beam
• Thunderbolt
• Flamethrower
Item: Choice Scarf is here for out speeding. It leads to revenge kill, and lets me Speed tie other standard Genesect.
Ability: Download raises my Attack or Special Attack, which helps out all of my moves.
EVs: EVs give me maximum Special Attacking power and enough speed to out speed most pokemon in the OU tier with choice scarf. 92 Attack EV’s give power to U-turn which is backed up by STAB.
Nature: Hasty prevents other Genesect from getting the Special Attack boost from their Download.
Moves: U-turn is STAB that allows me to scout, and does decent damage off of Genesect's good Attack stat. Thunderbolt hits Gyarados and Starmie,Politoed and is just a nice move to have. Ice Beam forms the infamous BoltBeam combo with Thunderbolt, hits Ground type Pokemon and targets the many x4 Ice weaknesses in OU. Flamethrower screws opposing Genesect and the many Steel types in OU, like Forretress, Ferrothorn, and Skarmory. It also prevents Magnezone from resisting my BoltBeam.
Role: Scout, Special Sweeper, Revenge Killer

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
• Stealth Rock
• Lava Plume
• Earth Power
• Toxic
Item: Leftovers gives me recovery, since Heatran lacks reliable recovery.
Ability: Flash Fire takes any Fire moves, helping Genesect and Virizion a whole lot. And Lava Plume will become powerful with STAB, Flash Fire boost, and that base 130 Special Attack stat can cripple even specially defencive pokemon like Jirachi.
EVs: EVs give me the HP to switch into Stealth Rock and Spikes easily, and maximum Special Defense for the best Special walling. 8 EVs in Speed allow me to outspeed other Heatran as long as they aren’t scarfed and KO them with earth power.
Nature: Calm gives me more Special Defense, which is needed for a taking Draco meteor and other powerful special moves.
Moves: Stealth Rock sets up my form of Hazards on the opposing player, allowing me to secure some vital KO's. Lava Plume hits many Steels in OU and when backed up by STAB, a Flash Fire boost, and the base 130 Special Attack stat really helps. That 30% burn chance ruins Physical sweepers. Earth Power lets me hit other Heatran for 4x effective damage and Special Walls like Tentacruel that resist Lava Plume. Toxic allows me to outstall other walls.
Role: Hazard Setter, Special Wall(in a way)

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
• Hydro Pump
• Ice Beam
• Rapid Spin
• Recover
Item: Life Orb helps me hit harder with Starmie's base 100 Special Attack stat.
Ability: Natural Cure allows me to take status with ease and switch out to get rid of them. It also helps when I Spin Toxic Spikes out from my side.
EVs: EVs give maximum Speed and Special Attack for sweeping. 4 EVs in Special Defense to stop Downloaders like Genesect from gaining a Special Attack boost.
Nature: Timid gives more Speed for sweeping.
Moves: Hydro Pump is my main STAB and hits pretty hard with Life Orb and base 100 Special Attack stat. Ice Beam hits Ground type Pokemon and targets the many x4 Ice weaknesses in OU and hits Grass types that wall Surf. Rapid Spin clears Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes away from my side, which helps my Pokemon's longevity. Recover heals off damage and Life Orb recoil.
Role: Special Sweeper, Rapid Spinner

Landorus (M) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 228 Atk / 28 SAtk / 252 Spd
IVS: 31 / 30 / 30 / 31 / 31 / 31
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
• Earthquake
• Stone Edge
• Hidden Power [Ice]
• U-turn
Item: Landorus is possibly the best user of Expert Belt in OU thanks to its fantastic mixed attacking stats and excellent movepool. Because Landorus is often assumed to be a Choice Scarf user if Leftovers or Life Orb haven't been revealed, Landorus can catch a lot of Pokemon off-guard. It really helps against Sand teams, if they ever happen to come along.
Ability: Sand Force is Landorus' only really viable ability. It helps against Sand teams If they do come along.(and they do. A lot)
EVs: 228 EVs in Attack and 252 in Speed for maximum physical sweeping potential, and 28 EVs in Special Attack to help with Hidden Power Ice's power by a bit.
Nature: Naive is used for extra speed.
Moves: Earthquake is STAB that hits hard off of Landorus' base 125 Attack stat. Stone Edge screws the Flying types that come in to take an Earthquake. Hidden Power Ice hits Ground type Pokemon and targets the many x4 Ice weaknesses in OU, such as opposing Landorus. U-turn keeps offensive momentum on the opponent, and lets me scout.
Role: Physical Sweeper, Scout, Revenge Killer

Virizion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
• Swords Dance
• Leaf Blade
• Close Combat
• Stone Edge
Item: Life Orb allows Virizion's moves to hit harder.
Ability: Justified is the only ability it's got, and helps take Dark moves for Starmie giving me an Attack boost.
EVs: EVs give maximum Attack and Speed for the best sweeping potential.
Nature: Jolly gave me extra Speed to out speed other sweepers because I really don’t want to lose this monster just cause he was too slow.
Moves: Swords Dance beefs up my attack, and helps me do more damage with my other moves. Leaf Blade and Close Combat are STAB. Stone Edge hits Flying types that resist both of my STAB moves and surprises dragonite/salamence with ohko (i.e. after multiscale is gone)
Role: Physical Sweeper

Sableye (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
• Taunt
• Recover
• Will-O-Wisp
• Night Shade
Item: Leftovers give me recovery, since Sableye has low base HP.
Ability: Prankster is awesome. It helps me screw physical attackers with getting hit first, prevent hazard setup, boosting, etc.
EVs: EVs give maximum HP and gives me okay defenses. Special Defense is higher to prevent Genesect from getting the Special Attack boost from their Download.
Nature: Careful nature ups my Special Defense.
Moves: Taunt stops boosting, hazard setup, or status from hurting Sableye, and is given a boost by Prankster. Recover heals off damage I might have taken, and is Prankster prioritized. Will-O-Wisp is my status to cripple stuff usually physical sweepers. Night Shade is for when I need to attack, and does a solid 100 damage to anything. If any other Normal type comes out, many of my other Pokemon can deal with them.
Role: Crippler,Lead
And That is all!
