Groudon @ Red Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Fire Punch
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake
- Rock Polish
PDon is my team's ace. It's primary purpose is to hit things with a maximum amount of damage while tanking any other physical hit thrown at it. Many people tend to underestimate Bulk Up as a setup move - it raises two of Groudon's highest stats making it the biggest wallbreaker AND physical wall at the same time. If Dragon Dance on a Rayquaza is the norm, why isn't Bulk Up on a Groudon? Rock Polish ensures that it outspeeds quite a lot of threats too. Groudon has won me many battles - it even managed to finish off a Mega Salamence which had 4x attack by tanking a Return which would normally kill it at 40HP without the defense boost. Fire Punch gives it a 100% accurate, 150 total power STAB hit with a chance to burn as well. The same can be said for Earthquake. Precipice Blades is a devastating move and all, but the inaccuracy can sometimes make it unreliable. I play it safe by going for 100% accuracy over increased power.

Rayquaza @ Lum Berry
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Waterfall
- ExtremeSpeed
Unfortunately Rayquaza doesn't last very long on the field, due to the threat of Fairy types and general frailness. However, in no way should this lead anyone to underestimate it. It is still a very omnipotent dual-offense sweeper, physical in my case. I don't see the need for Dragon Ascent anymore since MegaRay was banned, so I believe it's no longer worth the decreases in defenses. Dragon Claw gives 120 total power, 100% accurate STAB with no extra drawbacks. Waterfall is there to check Primal Groudon in conjunction with Rayquaza's natural Air Lock, and ExtremeSpeed is, well, extremely useful for counter-trolling Lv. 1 Endeavour teams or finishing off low-HP threats.

Aggron (M) @ Aggronite
Ability: Filter
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge
- Iron Head
- Hone Claws
GET YOURSELF A MOTHERFUCKING AGGRON THEY SAID. WELL, I DID JUST THAT, AND ITS AN UTTER BEAST. YA SEE, IF PALKIA CAN'T OUTSPEED MEGA "WHY DO I EVEN HAVEA MEGA" SALAMENCE AND GET OHKO'ED BY A RETURN OR DRAGON CLAW, THIS THING WILL TANK ANYTHING IT TAKES AND FUCK MEGA SALAMENCE UP WITH ICE PUNCH. OH AND IT CAN ALSO TAKE ON ARCEUS SINCE EVERY ARCEUS IS PHYSICAL. SINCE STONE EDGE IS INACCURATE AS FUCK, I USE HONE CLAWS TO BOOST ATTACK AND ACCURACY SO IT WILL ALWAYS HIT. GET YOURSELF A MOTHERFUCKING MEGA AGGRON. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHY WHOEVER MADE THAT IMAGE MADE ONE FOR MEGA AGGRON.

Palkia @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Spacial Rend
- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
Palkia is a great special attacker and wall. It serves as Kyogre's general counter. It will take anything it throws at Palkia and return with a 100% accurate Thunder thanks to the rain it brings. It also has plenty of great coverage in the name of Power Gem, which dents a lot of Flying types. Spacial Rend severely destroys when it hits, and Surf gives a 100% accurate STAB. Ice Beam is there as an optional check to Yveltal and an unboosted Mega Salamence. All of these are boosted by the Choice Specs which hasn't caused any problems so far.

Ho-Oh @ Focus Sash
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Sleep Talk
Even though Groudon is my ace, Ho-Oh is by far my favourite member of the team. When I started playing Showdown again I had to face up against Xerneas which made me despise it so much, but then I found that Ho-Oh serves a the penultimate counter to it. It's natural Special Defense means it can take a boosted Moonblast and only shave off a quarter of it's HP, which it can then recover with Roost. Sleep Talk is there to take Darkrai by surprise by hitting it hard with two of its signature STAB moves. A total team player and biggest bro.

Cradily (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Suction Cups
EVs: 244 HP / 12 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Stealth Rock
Now you may be thinking, what on earth is a seemingly measley mon such as Cradily doing in Ubers? Good question, my fellow commoner. See, one day I realized that 350 speed Pokemon using Whirlwind after they set up Stealth Rock was no good. They'd get a 100% guaranteed win because they would be able to outspeed everyone in my team (Oh, and that Pokemon is Lugia by the way) No one would be able to kill it because it is both a physical and special tank, and it will Toxic everyone and slowly wear down my team all the way down to 0. That's what this Pokemon's job is - to counter Lugia and any other whirlfags. Unsuspecting Lugia try to blow Cradily away, only to find that they just got badly poisoned as a result thanks to Cradily's signature ability of Suction Cups. Getting any status condition is no problem for this mon, thanks to the popular ResTalk combo. It also serves as a Stealth Rock setter and general special wall. Don't underestimate this Pokemon by any means, because it can take an Ice Beam from Mega Mewtwo Y and only shave half of it's HP off. Yeah, it's pretty good.
Current W/L streak with this team: 90-80 or even less for the latter. Works pretty well.
! THREAT LIST !

The only thing I can respect of this thing is that it wasn't very popular competitively until it got a mega, but despite that this thing is still fucking broken. It always moves first and gets a 2x attack with Power-Up Punch. Again, mainly Groudon for this one.
