Yet another new guy trying to see if his team is decent. Any/all help is welcome!

Hey Smogonites! So, I have to admit, I am definitely a competitive battling noob. I've watched plenty of videos, I've read plenty about it, heck I've even won a decent batch of simulations here on showdown. However, my victories are inconsistent, and while it might partially deal with all the hax that is native to pokemon (I mean paralyzed 7 turns in a row, really?) it probably has to do with my team building skills (and of course my actually battling expertise- and that only comes from experience).

So onto my team:
Crustle @ leftovers
Sturdy
252Hp/ 252 Atk/ 4SpD
Adamant
-Rock Blast
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-X-scissor
So Crustle is my common lead, he does some serious work with some decent bulk, some decent attacking skills, and the ability to set up a vareity of hazards.

Feraligatr @ leftovers
Torrent
4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Jolly
-Crunch
-Dragon Dance
-Ice Punch
-Waterfall
Yep. A tried and true physical sweeper. I went Jolly for the ability to outspeed, but I'm thinking of sticking with adamant. I used to use life orb, but if he gets poisoned- then he has been effectively shut down as a good sweeper. Perhaps I should get rid of D-Dance and put a choice band on him? Not sure.

Tangrowth @ leftovers
Regenerator
252 Hp/ 252 Def/ 4 SpA
Bold
-Giga Drain
-Knock Off
-Sleep Powder
-Hidden Power Fire
This guy is a beast of a physical wall. That hidden power fire comes in real handy against those bug, ice, and steel types that couldn't quite finish me off. Knock off helps incredibly in stall wars.

Electivire @ choice scarf
Vital spirit
4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Jolly
-wild charge
-earthquake
-ice punch
-cross chop
Yeah, He is just a revenge killer and he does a pretty good job at it.

Magmortar @ leftovers
Vital Spirit
252 HP/ 252 SpA/ 4SpD
Modest
-Thunderbolt
-Fire Blast
-Focus Blast
-Substitute
Basically a bulky special attacker. I really should get rid of substitute since I never use it. Focus blast can be useful, but its accuracy is atrocious.

Uxie @ leftovers
Levitate
252 Hp/ 4 SpA/ 252 SpD
Gentle
-Heal Bell
-Toxic
-Energy Ball
-Psychic
Just team support and a special wall. Energy Ball is mainly to do something against quagsire if tangrowth is gone.

So that's it. I know it probably isn't the best team in the world, but let me know what you guys and gals think. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks in advanced!

OK welcome to smogon, first off you need at least 3 lines of info or technically a moderater can shut this thread down. Also please insert sprites like these

So now for the team, Crustle is meant to set up hazards, not sweep. So a bold nature with toxic over rock blast is a better option. Yes Gater should stay jolly because I think it outspeeds Rotom-C, I think. So anyway Tangrowth is OK but it would be better for the team if it was a special wall instead. What's wrong with your team is these Electrivire and magmortar. I find scarf rotom-C is a better alternative for electavire and kabutops for spin support over Magma. Good luck with the team.

I fully disagree with Garchomp for President's statement. His Crustle isn't sweeping, it works much like Golem in NU. However, I would suggest Custap Berry as its item. Being able to get more hazards or another attack off can win you games.
Although you do need to have 3 lines of Description for every Pokemon. Try talking about EVs, moves, and why you used it in the first place.
